I purchased one for my mother and myself. Almost immediately, we both noticed a difference with sleep. However, I'm not sure how these operate.

I got my product, this same day I have send refund request form. Then many more times emails with no answer. I found messenger profile, someone wrote to me once, and never come back with answers.
SCAMERS AND CHEATERS.

If I could give it 0 I would, absolutely shocking customer service to get a refund

Don’t buy anything!!! They are one big scam!! They advertise with losing weight and feeling calmer, better nights sleep. But the ring does nothing at all. Except making you so irritated with this company. Before I asked for a refund (after 3 months of wearing the ugly ring!!!) they were really responsive but from the moment i filled out the refund form i got no response anymore. Been trying for 6 months already. Freaking idiots! Scammers!

The bracelet doesn’t do as advertised. I still don’t sleep and don’t feel any better or are any thinner 😕

They claim they have over 55,000 happy customers. Absolutely rubbish. I have been asking for my refund since August 2025 and I get a response on here that someone will be in touch but it never happens. They have to make it look like they actually care as this is public. If customers read reviews first I am certain that most wouldn't purchase from them. I made that mistake, I never read up on them first. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your enquiries will go unanswered and you will never get a refund for the items you purchase. It is embarrassing that they are still allowed to be in business.

Dreadful company do not answer their emails and trying to return an item is impossible. They don't respond. Ring i bought bought me out in a blistered allergy rash after 1 hour of wearing it. I never suffer with allergies and they claim that all their items are hypoallergenic. Scam company fo not use them.

My mom was instantly drawn to how refined and classy both pieces look. After loving my own so much, getting the bundle for her felt like the perfect choice. It also makes a wonderful gift - the packaging is absolutely gorgeous and feels very special.

I ordered it because I had sporadic nighttime restlessness, not even to lose weight. Since wearing it, I've had much better sleep. For some reason, I also feel calmer throughout the day, so the magnets must be doing something. I had no idea that magical jewelry could accomplish this. Calmara was suggested by ChatGPT when I asked for sleep aids, thus there may be a connection between these.

I regret ordering from this company. Their customer service is non existent. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and do not order anything from this company. I put an order through and within two minutes sent an email to cancel the order. The order was dispatched anyway. I then submitted a refund/returns form/request. This company ignores customers who want a refund. I have sent numerous emails and online requests, and I have not heard a thing, totally ignored. Their website states all the usual rubbish "we care about our customers" "we will respond within 24/48 hours" absolute 100% rubbish. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I haven’t dealt with Calmara directly as I was given my rings as a gift, I was super excited as I’ve seen these magnetic rings and there benefits all over social media. I have worn mine for a week and 3 of the magnets have come off. I still had a spare in the box which I wore and within the day 1 of the magnets had come off that one too. I am a hairdresser so my hands are busy but I wouldn’t have expected the quality to be so poor. I don’t have the heart to tell the person who bought me these as she was so excited to share. Hopefully mine are faulty and the quality isn’t what I have experienced but I won’t be recommending

I wasn’t sure what size or colour to get so I messaged customer support via IG, they replied super fast and were really sweet. I got my order in 5 days, beautifully packed. Now im just waiting for the benefits to kick in. Been struggling with weight since I was young, hopefully this can give me a little boost 🤩

The ring caused a weird discoloration on my finger. Contacted Calmara team and was offered a replacement. I did not accept it as was worried that it would cause the same thing. I wanted to return it and to get a refund. I followed up with them again and no answer. Don’t bother dealing with these scammers.

The ring is a poor fit, does nothing and they do not stand by their returns policy.

The Calmara rings are a complete scam. They do absolutely nothing like what they advertise.
I requested a return and refund, but the process was never completed, despite several attempts to contact them.
The company ignores messages and takes no responsibility.
Do not trust them and do not order — it’s just a fake “miracle” product designed to take your money.
