I'm a stay at home mom and recently got into golf. I had been using 15 year old Walmart clubs when I started but saved up enough to get myself the Callaway Edge set. The reviews were really great and I needed something good but affordable for us, especially as a beginner. My clubs were purchased via Costco. I didn't notice right away but after spending a few minutes warming up at the range we realized the grips were standard mens grips (on womens clubs) which explained why I was suddenly struggling. We were told to call Callaway since it's their product. We explained the problem and they kindly offered us new grips of even higher quality which was fantastic news! They did not offer to cover the the cost of replacing them but I figured the top quality grips was a way to make up for that. Unfortunately, that was a month ago. I still have no grips and have spent the past month struggling with the bulky mens grips. I called them and they had informed me they hadn't shipped yet but would be soon. That was a week ago. I still haven't received my grips. Honestly, this should have been a priority and rushed. It feels like I'm not important enough because either I'm a woman or I purchased the cheaper club set or the comination of both and that feeling sucks. I really wanted to love Callaway.

Just saw the new domestic violence ad where the golfer knocks down the woman who planned to touch his golf clubs. Then stood over her and intimidated her....real smooth Calloway! Returning my recent purchase I made for my husband, tomorrow... because anyone who likes hurting women, we refuse to support. Clearly you all get off on it if you aired that! G R O S S
