I can’t recommend Susan from Calla Property highly enough.

About five years ago, I was trying to purchase my first investment property but was struggling to put together what I felt was a sufficient deposit. I remember seriously considering holding off and saving more, thinking it was the “safer” option. Susan’s response was a firm and confident “no.” She explained her view that the market was shifting into a buy-and-hold phase and that prices were likely to climb rapidly.

What really stood out was how quickly that decision paid off. The property wasn’t even finished yet, and I could already see equity building when comparing it to others in the same street.

Five years later, I reached out to her again for guidance on purchasing a family home. Even though I didn’t end up going through her company this time, she was more than willing to offer her time and advice freely.

Awful, do not recommend. We trusted Calla to help us secure our financial future. Instead it’s done the opposite and created a significant amount of debt. Calla blame everything and everyone else but we took advice from Calla and only Calla. We were not talking to anyone else. I’ve had many sleepless nights worrying about our future.

I spent the last 12-18 months trying to gather data that would inform the best investment property decision. It was hard!
We engaged multiple companies and nobody came anywhere near the accuracy and due diligence that Susan and the team deliver.

TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FURTHER IN DEBT SINCE TAKING THE ADVICE OF CALLA PROPERTY AND PURCHASING A PROPERTY IN MELBOURNE. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE WE’RE STILL LITERALLY PAYING THE PRICE FOR TODAY. WE TOOK OWNERSHIP OF OUR APARTMENT 20TH SEPTEMBER 23, ACCUMULATING DEBT RIGHT FROM THE GET GO. THE NEW LEVIES AND REGULATIONS THE VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT IMPOSED ONLY CAME INTO AFFECT ON THE 1ST JANUARY 2025. THIS WAS NOT THE CAUSE OF THE MAJORITY OF OUR DEBT AT THIS TIME, IN OUR OPINION, POOR ADVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY WAS. WISH WE HAD NEVER BEEN INTRODUCED.
