The item was nothing like the one advertised, returns are sent to a foreign address and customer service makes the process difficult asking for videos etc would not recommend. The picture on show showed a large garden ornament with running water and lights when a 6 inch painted figurine with painted water nothing like the image arrived with rough paint work shocking

Me again, still waiting for this company to give me a full refund. So far I've been offered 20% and now a 30% refund, and told I can keep the plastic junk.
They obviously bank on customer accepting these small amounts and this is how they scam you. DO NOT USE

Ordered the squirrel garden water feature at half price £25 95. It was barely 6 inches / 15cm high. The photos on the site showed s larger size that was actually a garden water feature, unlike the tiny one I received.
There was no size displayed in the specifications when I ordered saïd item, no size displayed anywhere, I looked at every word on the product pages.
Emailed the company who sent me a link to the product page, and lo and behold,suddenly the size is there under the specifications, as it should have been. The size has been added since I ordered the Item, so now this ridiculous item is going in the bin, that's all l it's fit for. Total scam, they know that the size has been added recently, post my order, because they have had so many complaints about this actual product's lack of specifications.

Bought this garden ornament of ducks there pics make it look big in photo a water feature with ducks on and running water solar powered when it came i cudnt believe how small it was as big as my hand and didn't run water at all terrible make sure u read dimensions don't go kn there photos

I ordered bird netting from Calendage. The netting I received was completely different from the netting pictured on their website. I expected half-inch holes with stronger weave but got 2-inch holes with thin weave. When I asked for a refund, they only offered a credit to buy more of their products or a 50% refund. They never offered a full refund.

Wasn’t even planning to buy much, just added random home stuff to cart and checked out. Somehow everything ended up being useful.

Shocking service!!!! Avoid at all cost - They are a complete con! Ordered a GPS Collar for our cat, product arrived and was clearly not for a cat, the collar was 18 inches long with fixing holes at the end, so unless our cat is the size of a Lion, it was never going to fit... all dimensions of the collar and tracker unit were far too large for a Cat. My assumption was, that they had sent a product for a Dog instead. I was twice asked to share photos with their customer service, which I did, I even included measurements and a picture with our cat... it was very obvious that the product is too big! However, their customer service advised that the right product had been sent but at my cost I could return the product back to an address in China, or, they said I could keep the product with a 30% discount! Bottom line is, I now have to buy another tracker-collar from elsewhere because they have provided the wrong product!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful, they have my money and I am left with a product which we cannot use!

Ordered a pair of garden shoes which were not true to size. Way smaller than a normal European size. First, it took them more than 10 days to send to us; then it didn't fit. And now when we want to return it, they discourage us by offering 25% off to keep a pair of shoes that doesn't fit. Otherwise, I can still return it to China for a full refund but return cost on us. This is not the case as written in their shipping and return policies. Had I known all these hassles with the return, I wouldn't have bothered to order from them! Never again will they get my business!

A month later and it’s still on its way from Sz. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had known.

Claimed ship next day - took 10 days then a further week for them to claim it was delivered (it wasn't).
Refusing to refund, sent a "proof" of deliver - a picture of some unknown doorstep. They are insisting it is our responsibility to find the doorstep via the post office and retrieve our parcel. Refusing a refund.
This site is a scam avoid!!

I ordered a Trimmaster mini-strimmer, cordless, rechargeable. I received (eventually) a Ziptrim, which requires 6 AA batteries. I am trying to return it. The company does not respond to my emails. There doesn't seem to be any another way to contact them.
Subsequently, Calendage agreed to a 50% refund, even though they had sent a completely different item. I'll certainly never buy anything from Calendage again.

I liked that the products looked pretty close to the website photos. No weird surprises when opening the package.

The candles and kitchen towels I ordered gave such a cozy vibe. I was scared the colors would look different in person but they looked really nice.

Dishonest scammers. Ordered a doormat on 22nd May. They failed to deliver it(carrier was Yodel who said they had my order on 26 May, now 7 June and no sign of it). Contacted Calendage daily and they finally promised a refund on 2June. It didn’t happen. Now 7 June they inform me they have cancelled the refund, and they have issued a NEW tracking number for a SECOND replacement item which is now on its way from China. Because of this they say my item is in transit and the order can’t be cancelled. Tracking link says it will take another 12 days to reach the UK. Absolute nonsense. Don’t use this company, they have taken money and not delivered. I’m contacting my bank

Bought some baking tools and a little shelf for my room. Shelf took me a minute to set up because the instructions were kinda confusing, not gonna lie. The baking stuff feels good quality too.

Dropshipped Chinese garbage. Ordered a bathmat, of extremely poor quality. If you want a refund they ask you to ship it to China (even though nowhere does it state on product page you would need to do this) or they won't refund you. Currently filing a chargeback with American Express. DO NOT USE

I ordered some rubber ankle boots for dog walking. The quality was not bad. I paid £21.95 for them.
However, the size 7 that i ordered was very small, more like a six.
I asked to return them but it was suggested that the return postage would be expensive. They offered me a 15% refund on the price.
I agreed to this but then changed my mind, and said I would return them. They then offered me a 25% refund.
I would not buy from these people. I don't believe they are an actual company. If whatever you buy is not suitable you can't return it.

Customer support replied faster than I expected. Had an issue with tracking and they sorted it out same day.

Absolute joke not worth the money.
Bought 2 solar fountains on offer from £50 to £25. Nothing like described or nothing like the photos they took a few weeks to arrive when they finally arrive they are tiny and looks nothing like the pictures the squirrels didn't even look like squirrels i dont even know what they looked like and the duck one was badly painted and not even finished. I bought a lot bigger and better solar garden ornament from B&MS for £4.99 Definitely avoid

Recently purchased the duck solar powered garden ornament for just over £25 in a “sale” that was apparently reduced from over £50.
The images on the website shown a garden ornament of decent size and quality, but upon arriving and opening it could be held in my hand and wasn’t even as tall as my iPhone 14 Plus!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Trying to put me off returning due to “really high shipping costs” etc. and only offered so far a 30% refund. I have shown them the images of the joke of a product they’ve sent compared to what they’re advertising on their website, and still no offer of a full refund. Awaiting response.

A TOTAL SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They are very dishonest and misleading. A massive con is what it is…
I would love an option on here to upload the actual ornament to show people… as it is an utter joke!
