Rory has been a fantastic Physics tutor, my son felt far more confident going into his exam, and said he understood a lot more of the complex topics after working them through their weekly session. Rory tailored his approach to what my son needed and explained concepts in a way that made it far easier to understand compared to the way it was being communicated in class.

We've used Caledonia Tutors twice for my daughter, Maths and Psychology A levels. Both times the tutor was excellent, boosting my daughter's confidence massively. She ended up doing really well in Maths, we are waiting for the Psychology results but she was happy after leaving the exam. Caledonia Tutors also much cheaper than any others I looked at.

I have used Caledonia Tutors for 3 subjects- Maths (Sarah Rose), English (Hollie) and History (Freya). All 3 tutors were exemplary in their approach: well organised, encouraging, focused and all established a good relationship with my daughter. Their contributions were invaluable in building my daughter's confidence and sharpening her approach. I highly recommend all 3 of these tutors.

Milly was flexible and accommodating. My son was happy to attend the sessions each week and was comfortable asking her questions or to go over things again if he felt unsure.

We’ve been using Caledonia tutors for over 6 months, Tommy for Physics and Karan for Maths. Both are excellent, organised and flexible, teaching the subject and also revision skills. We will certainly go back to them again for highers. Caledonia Tutors is the gold standard for tutoring!

Kayleigh came to us when our daughter was struggling with Physics and had little chance of passing her Nat 5 exam. Following a few months of tutoring, our daughter is very happy and sat her exam with confidence. She now rates Physics as one of her favourtie subjects. Ellie was very reliable and was always willing to help with whatever problems I was struggling with in Chemistry. We did many practice questions and past papers which improved my confidence and performance in the subject.

Megan picked our daughter up half way through her Higher Maths year after a fairly poor prelim performance and her confidence was very low. She showed patience and took a clear and structured approach that built her confidence steadily with areas she was comfortable in and extended from there. Megan was so supportive, we couldn’t have asked for a better tutor for our daughter. Would definitely recommend her!

I booked maths and physics tutoring for my daughter who is in 5th year at high school. Aiden talked with me about our requirements, my daughter's aspirations etc and matched her with two wonderful tutors who he thought would be a good match. Both were high performing students already studying at university in subject areas where my daughter is seeking to apply for.

My daughter's school doesn't have many female teachers in stem subjects and we found that not only did the tutors provide high quality tutoring in a way that my daughter related to compared with the teaching at her school, they also provided some mentorship and advice on preparing for university.

My daughter didn't need too many maths tutoring sessions from Natasha as quickly gained confidence and achieved a good prelim grade, we were really grateful for the support provided.

As my daughter is doing a crash higher in Physics, we kept her tutoring with her Physics tutor Matylda going into her higher exam. My daughter is looking at going into mechanical engineering but had a bit of catching up to do as hadn't done NAT5 physics. She'd struggled a bit at school on this subject she was the only one doing a crash higher in the class and had found the teaching at school quite dry. Matylda did a great job - my daughter really related to her teaching style and was really enthused following each session and worked in between times on the materials Matylda provided. This helped her catch up in class. She also found the study tips and exam advice Matylda provided really useful.

I would highly recommend - extremely cost effective tutoring if you are looking for tailored one to one tutoring. Thank you to both tutors.
