Buyer Beware!!! I want to share my recent experience with this website that sells Longchamp bags, and I strongly advise exercising caution before making a purchase. The quality of the bags I received was disappointing and appeared to be counterfeit. The website is misleading, as it does not accurately reflect the descriptions or images of the products.
Additionally, their stated refund and return policy, which promises a “30-day easy return,” is also misleading. When attempting to return items for a full refund, you are presented with two options:
20% Partial Refund: You may opt for a 20% refund to your original payment method while keeping the items. This option is presented as a way to avoid the high costs and hassle of international shipping.
Return the Item: You can return the item for a full refund; however, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Given that their warehouse is located overseas, these costs can be quite significant.
I believe it is essential to be aware of these issues before making any purchases from this website. I hope this information helps you or anyone you know who is considering buying bags from there.

Selling counterfeit luxury items. I ordered a Longchamp bag from this site and received an obvious counterfeit. The stitching is uneven with loose, frayed threads, the metal hardware is poorly made with blurry detailing, and the materials feel cheap and plasticky — nothing like the genuine product. The website itself is misleading: it claims to be a long-established Toronto business, but there’s no physical store, and the product photos appear to be AI-generated. This is not an authorized Longchamp retailer. Avoid this store, and if you’ve already ordered, contact your credit card company to dispute the charge.
