Absolutely amazing brownies!! Such great quality and tastiest ever. Loved them so much I ordered more a week later before I even finished the first lot! Perfect for allergy sufferers. Well packaged and great delivery service. Will keep coming back!

We buy these cakes on a semi regular basis and the business as usual level of customer service is exceptional. You really notice the difference when there is an issue. We recently had a delivery that looked like it had been used as a rugby ball. A conversation was had between both parties and this was rectified in less than 48hrs. Rebecca is amazing and responds very quickly with a level of empathy that is very rarely seen. She cares and in my opinion put's Cakehead a few levels above most other companies. It's all in the detail. Thank you so much for making our conversations such a pleasure.

Ordered a limited edition Easter box to then receive an e-mail to say that it had gone live too early and wasn’t available. Due to working commitments I couldn’t respond promptly and so when I did get in touch to change my box they had already sorted it. They were able to provide two of the trays from the Easter box and chose a third. I was really pleased they took this initiative to ensure my order was able to leave on time to ensure prompt delivery for Mother’s Day.
Monica was really efficient and provided great service.

This was my second order with Cakehead. I wanted to try their new limited edition box (coffee brownies) but we wouldn't eat other 2 flavours, so I emailed and asked if it's possible to change it. Becky replied within the minutes and sorted it for me. She made sure we get exactly what we need (dietary requirements). Order arrived on requested day and cakes look delicious, can't wait to share them with my family.

This is an extraordinary resource for gluten and dairy free families. We order them for my daughter and myself and have to hide them from everyone else in the family as everyone loves them. The customer service is excellent and they have delivered them as gifts.

I had to make an amend to my order to delay its delivery date and the customer service was exceptional. Monica, who I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing was too much. I would definitely order again.

1st order we made was a shot in the dark and made because the product sounded great. We were not disappointed.
Our 2nd order was as a birthday present for a relative. She loved them.
We've just placed our 3rd order to have them to offer family and visitors over Christmas. Unfortunately we hit a technical snag when using PayPal to complete our order (PayPal fault not Cakehead). This meant that when we returned to our basket (to pay by card) our discount code no longer worked. One short email to Cakehead and within 5 minutes Becky had replied with a replacement code and the new order was placed no problem.
Great product AND superb customer service. What more can you want from a company. Can't recommend them enough.

Ive ordered a few times from cakehead now and the quality and service are second to none. The presentation of the cakes is fantastic too! Im a keen baker so it mattered to me that the cakes tasted and looked as good as they do, especially when given as gifts to my nearest and dearest. So lovely to have an alternative treat option to flowers and chocolates, and bravo for not charging postage on top! A fabulous company in every respect. Thank you!

This is the second year I have ordered Brownie boxes for my clients. The product and the customer service is amazing. Monica goes above and beyond to assist customers. I'd highly recommend.

I ordered a box and on receipt noticed it was the wrong box (although still looked delicious!). After emailing customer service I had a response within 5 minutes from Monica offering to send a replacement box for the next day or a full refund. I am very impressed with the response time and customer service provided and can't wait to try my brownies! Thanks Monica for your assistance.

I have sent the hug box three times and on every occasion I have been so impressed by the speed, service and quality. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and the cakes are fantastic. If you need to send a gift for any occasion I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I ordered the Vegan & Gluten free mail box hoping to try something new and exciting. I have a gluten allergy and I'm always looking out for new things to try that cater to my allergy.
The Vegan & Gluten Free box contains brownies (Which were overly dense and thick with every bite, not in a good way. They were not great brownies and I wouldn't want to try the gluten free brownie box because of this.)
Nutty Boost Bar (which was overly dry and okay. I eat a lot of nut bars but these were just okay and nothing special)
Caramel shortbread which was the only redeeming factor about this box.
With how rare it is to find gluten free deliverable treats I wouldn't order again from here and have been left disappointed to be honest.

I ordered the gluten-free box for my niece to cheer her up after a medical issue and she was thrilled with the delicious goodies received.

I was hugely impressed from choice available, ease of ordering and the ongoing updates regarding how the order was progressing.

So impressed I ordered again!

For what it's worth I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The brownies from Cakehead are certainly the best I’ve had anywhere. They are truly well made, unique in variation and simply rich in chocolate! They are well packaged, neat and well presented (making a lovely gift) and arrive quickly. I highly recommend Cakehead brownies.
