Besvarelse fra Cake Box
Hi Doruk,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused on your son’s birthday.
We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive at the store and find that your order was not available, especially during a special celebration. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption this caused to your plans.
We also apologise for the delay and communication issues you experienced when trying to follow this up. Your feedback regarding both the order handling and the aftercare has been noted, and we will be sharing this with the relevant store and management team for review to help prevent this happening again.
Kind regards,
Support Team
