I’m an aging solo parent caring for my severally disabled daughter with complex needs. The carers from C 4 Care have been wonderful at supporting us. They are polite, punctual, considerate and caring. The office staff are informative, clear and appropriate and very understanding

The service c4 provide for my mother, with personal care and a carers to help her with her even meal are very polite and friendly. My mum has a male carer called Saleem. Who she enjoys seeing on an evening. He is very professional in his role. He makes sure he listens to my mums needs and wishes. Also tells her what meals she has so she can choose herself. Which is very good as hes letter her have an option. My mum dose speak highly of him. Also the female carer she has also. Is also very good at her role. To have good carers that makes my mum happy. Is a reassurance for me. Knowing she is receiving good care is a peace of mind for me as her daughter. The company C4 has sone very good carers who ypu see love there job and what they do. But id like Saleem to be made aware of the great job he dose with my mum Margaret. Also she enjoys it when he comes to make her evening meal..he also speaks to her again wich is nice to see good staff doing a good job
There hard work is appreciated. Couldn't ask for any thing better. Also my mum Margaret has said she is very happy with the service you provided.

Renata is a wonderful carer who is thoroughly dedicated to her job.she is kind,caring and always goes the extra mile to ensure my mum is cared for are comfortable and well looked after. Renata's has a warm nature and professionalism gives us great reassurance, and Renata treats everyone with respect. Myself and my mum would highly recommend Renata and we are grateful for her excellent care she provides

First day of using this company carer turned up 1 hour early for tea time call, already had a phone call to say the carer was coming at 4 told them no as time agreed was 5.30. On arrival carer didn’t have the number for the key safe, so she should have rang the office instead banged on the window. Mum struggled to open the door due to mobility problems. Didn’t have Daughters contact details. Never went into the kitchen so no commode emptied. Didn’t fill the kettle. Didn’t wash a few pots. No cup of tea or a sandwich made. Told my Mum she had 2 other clients and left. Times agreed and what needed to be done with social worker which was passed on to this company. So basically carer did nothing. Should be at the house 30 minutes carer turned up at 4.29 and left well before 4.40. Now cancelled with this company not paying for this very poor standard of care or should I say no care

My daughter Andrea has help from C4 Care

I have known Renata (C4 Care) for a few years now whilst she has been visiting Andrea on a weekly basis. During this time I can say that Renatas visits have had positive effects on Andreas’ lifestyle. Her support and guidance for Andrea are first class and in some ways the relationship is akin to a mother/daughter situation. She always has Andreas’ welfare at heart, encourages her to expand her cooking skills and ensures I’m made aware of any important issues. Renata also helps Andrea with her budgeting and other personal aspects.
I believe Renata to be a conscientious and reliable person and am happy to give her a very positive personal review. I should also add that I am personally very grateful that she works with Andrea very well and that gives me a great deal of peace of mind that Andreas’ wellbeing is ensured

First to thank the C4 Care agency. We cannot fault the service provided by them for our parents. The carers are efficient, dependable, compassionate, and always carry out their required tasks with responsibility.
We have been particularly impressed by the dedication of Abdul and Iqbal Qulzar, whose hard work and kindness have made a real difference to us. We are immensely grateful to them both.
The company itself is responsive, responsible, and consistently delivers an effective service. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I always enjoy C4 get-togethers; they’re a chance to mee everyone else in the Carer and client community, snd to be removeded that we’re all being cared for together and not in isolation.

It was good that C4 made you feel included and made sure you enjoy quality time on the visits.

Very poor customer service. They could not get simple things right such as providing the same 3-4 carers to look after my dad. They regularly sent inexperienced carers with no training whatsoever in catheter bags. They also sent the carers at the wrong times. Sometimes an hour early and sometimes very late. This is not great for an elderly person where routine is important.
The admin staff are completely useless and seem to have no brains. They kept promising to send my dad’s regular workers who knew what they were doing but they kept sending wrong ones. I think they have taken a lot of new carers who have no training at all! This I find quite crazy and their business seems to be run by morons. I would not recommend them at all!!! Worst care company

Do not use this company, none of their employees can speak or understand basic English, they don’t have the first clue what to do, they can’t even make tea and toast properly, they lack understanding and compassion for anybody
Appalling service, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THIS COMPANY

C4 care is one agency I will recommend to anyone. Unlike other agencies,C4 pays more attention to their staffs and prioritise their staffs needs. Some of the team staff like Marcus,and Fatma are quite professional and polite.

My wife is very poorly and we have to have care seven days a week. We have used lots of different care companies in the south Manchester area. We have been using C4 for the last four years and found them to be very good. It’s a very difficult service to provide and C4 go out of their way to try and ensure cover at all time. I would recommend C4 time and time again.

Best agancey to work for and the staff are so professional and caring at all times, they are always willing to go an extra mile for their employees if necessary. Shoutout to Marcus Rathore and Fatma, they are legends 😊

This is a best care company I have ever heard and experience.They are so caring for Clint’s and also for the staff.In one word they have solution for every problem

The coffee meeting was a good time to express ourselves with openness and understanding on the part of the consultant. It was an avenue for us to meet other staff and exchange ideas. I look forward to another time if I am not on shift.

I have been working with C4 Care for some years. There are numerous shifts and you can pick shifts at your own convenience, C4 care doesn't delay your payments because you get what you definitely work for.
C4 is reliable and care for staff members.
Just that last year i wasn't paid my holiday pay probably because i didn't notify on time except that,I would recommend C4 care to anyone and definitely give them 5star
