Socking service with horrific value for money!
So let me start with how I was over sold and it defiantly under-delivered. This started last August 2022, I am a small business, solo trader and needed more sales. I was promised it all, leads and plenty of interest. I was signed up for three months at £180 a month. As I say this is a lot of money for a small company, however I was assured this would be money well spent. Also there would be Googlr costs onto as the click on the advert.
Anyhow very shortly after I was passed to this person who would stay in touch every week giving me progress reports. This lasted 2 weeks then I find myself constantly calling with a "we will get back to you she is busy at the moment" BS!
Now it's the third month no communication! No return calls! No leads!
I find myself having to cancel before they take a fourth month, then go through a complaints procedure.This takes a further three months.
I do finally get a small refund. However I am still £700 out of pocket with google charges and then they give me 4 leads that are now outdated!
They will more than lightly reply to this, however these are the facts and this was a terrible experience and brought nothing but stress and a huge financial loss!
Avoid at all costs!

Great communication
I spent time talking to Alex about a logo design. He responded quickly to my messages and asked questions to find out what I wanted. He explained how the process works and what details he needed from me to receive my logo. He provided 3 concept designs of his work. Great level of communication

Not Reliable
They are chasing you till they sell a product and then you cant get hold of the person. They cant prove what they did during the agreement.i dont thino they did anything at all. The reports they send monthly shows the rankings and errors gets worse every month. So their work is useless. I got an SEO service from them and it turned to be a complete disaster. They didnt keep their promise they gave at the begining neither. They take no responsibility of their work. I do not recommend this company at all!!

We would like to emphasize that SEO campaigns require ongoing effort and time to achieve significant results, with results taking between 3 and 6 months to show as discussed with your initial consultant. While we understand your frustration, we believe that it is important to set realistic expectations and communicate regularly with our clients to ensure that they are informed about the progress of their campaign.
Furthermore, we understand that you were trying to get in touch with your initial consultant, and we would like to apologise for any confusion that this may have caused, however you were assigned an account manager that has been in touch with you to discuss your account on regular occasions. In addition, our customer support team are always available to address any concerns or questions you may have throughout the course of your campaign, either via email at support@byzzplus.com or telephone on 0330 8181 888.
Regarding the deliverables provided during the course of the campaign, these have been sent to you, and we have provided you with the following: Competitive Analysis, Keyword Research, backlink outreach, on-page content (1 article written per month), Google Business Profile Posts (1 per week) along with your metrics reporting.
The issue with your audit is that initially there was only a single page that scored 89%. As there are now 6 additional pages not added by Byzz Plus, there are additional errors showing on your site, mainly with duplicate titles and descriptions. With your current essential package, we rectify the critical errors on the site, but not the standard errors or warnings as discussed in your initial correspondence with us.
We value your business and would be happy to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss possible solutions or to provide further feedback.
