I found Dane very knowledgeable about aspects of SEO, driving traffic to websites etc. He was friendly and professional and clearly explained as we went along. Where I didn't understand, he explained again.

He gave me clear options and outlined the benefit of each option as well as the cost.

Verry professionally and hellpfull.
Selene selby gave me many logo options untill I found the one I loved.

Contacted Byzz+ and hired them to help me with my social media advert. I made two payment in there package deal and I didn't get anything but the run around. Tried varies of time and method to contact them for weeks, but was meet with no reply. I am really at a lost on how a company could take you money, not provide a single item of advert and then keep you money. I was told to read the fine print. Now I'm out £600+ when I was suppose to be advertising. Please beware, very illusive.

Byzz+ is a company that works so smoothly and is careful about the details of the logo that they made for us. They are very professional and helpful when they recommend things. So happy with their service!

Overall, some very creative designs and ideas. There was a lot fo choice in terms of the designs and I liked how they made me think.

I would have preferred to be asked more questions about what I want in my design and the overall outcome, as I had my own ideas, but Africa spoke with me and altered one to suit me more.

After a call with one of their Business Development Managers (who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise), I signed up to run a 30 day Google ad campaign for the first time for my small business - enthused by the prospect of having more relevant traffic (prospective new B2B clients) coming to my website. After signing up I had a couple of calls with 'who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise' who was responsible for my ad campaign. 'who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise' and I discussed my target market (small business owners), the geographic areas I was targetting, and she 'researched' the keywords I should use. The ad went live and shortly after 'who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise' went on annual leave for two weeks, assuring me before she went that my ad would continually be reviewed by one of her colleagues whilst she was away and optimised.

Shortly after the ad began running I started to monitor it myself, watching the cost of clicks slowly rack up - from clicks that were not my target market, not my chosen keywords and had nothing to do with the B2B services I offer. I began adding negative keywords from those clicks and every day added more and more keywords to the negative list that had nothing to do with my business. Seems I was doing the monitoring and no one else in 'who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise's' absence!

Whilst 'who Byzz+ have asked Trustpilot to anonymise' was away I emailed her twice to get support (in the knowledge she said someone would be checking her emails). To date, neither my email of 22 August (reporting my ad campaign had a "misconfigured" bid strategy) received a response, nor did my email of 23 August voicing my serious concerns about the performance of my ad and the keywords it was being shown against.

All in all a complete waste of money! I've paused my ad so I don't through any more money down the drain and thank god I didn't sign into any lengthy contracts.

UPDATE: Called Buzz+ on Monday 4th Sept and told them I wanted to make a complaint about being missold their services. They said their account manager who was responsible for customer service "was in a meeting" and they would call me back as soon as they were finished. Fast forward to today (Friday 8th Sept) NO CALL BACK.

My experience of Byzz+ is that they don't give a toss about their customers - they just want their money.

Quick Service. Requested a Logo and received 11 options albeit some were just exactly what I had sent as examples. Some really good suggestions. picked two favourites and may play around with colours but will definitely be using it. Happy with service!

Avoid at all costs! Stay away from this crap company, they are a complete disaster.

I have placed my business for being top 3 in the Google search including social media marketing and paid heavily for this work. However, Byzz+ have done nothing, nothing at all to achieve this. Scam, zero work over the course of a 3 months, they are an absolute rip off.
Only empty promises and lies, fabricated reports and I have not seen any return at all. No leads of any kind whatsoever.
Their positive reviews in my opinion are seriously dubious?
Stay away from this crap company. They are only interested in grabbing your money and not working for it.
When I terminated the subscription with Byzz+, in return have received invoice for £7814.40, early termination. Total crooks’ extortionist and scammers.
I have paid good money for nothing, now I want my hard-earned money back.
Be careful and run away from Byzz + company.

I had some logos designed by Africa Selby, and after giving her an idea of what I was looking for, she created 6 creative logos that really closely resembled what I had described. There were a good amount of varied designs to choose from as well and the brand colours were spot on. She clearly has a creative eye for design and would be a credit to Byzz Plus. She was quick to respond and the turn around for the logos was also really quick. Many thanks!
