poor returns policy
I was able to get the jacket I wanted easily. The payment process was quick and straight forward. I had an email confirming the order within minute. However when I tried to return the jacket I was asked to send a picture to prove the jacket didn't fit! The first time I have been asked to do that. I was then offered 10% refund and to keep the jacket. When I advised this wasn't suitable I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee which would be taken out of my refund for the jacket. The store is based in China so I need to pay for postage to China.

This site has lots of pretty things! I ordered some slouch boots which I’m excited to receive - anyway I slightly messed up the order but they replied to my email so quickly and resolved it straight away, saving me a lot of admin - excellent service!

Company is a scam
The good reviews here are fake. This whole company is bogus! What is shown on the website is not what you receive in any way - quality is the worst, fabric is rubbish, colour is not the same as shown, the design is not even the same as shown in any way. I ordered a jersey jumpsuit with a really nice design. It came as a thin, creased polyester jumpsuit which looked nothing like the image on the website, with frayed edges and missing details, and came in a plastic bag completely stained by the colour of the jumpsuit. I contacted the company to tell them it is NOTHING like product shown on the website, and they tried to charge me a 'Restocking fee' for returns!! SCAM! Stay away from them.

Boots are lovely. Only note is I wish I could find sizing for the calves displayed on the website, especially for the extra wide calves, it would be useful to know if they'd fit beforehand.

Misleading
Website does not mention clothes come from China. Delivery was slower than expected (not a huge problem in this instance). Quality was poor, dress was white not cream as in photo, it was see through poor quality fabric. Returns are to China, I was offered options such as store credit but if I had known before ordering that this was clothes being sourced from China I would never have ordered at all.
