BAIT AND SWITCH - FELT LIKE A SCAM TO ME
1, The phone number provided, 917 814 3273, does not answer and then hangs up on you.
2. They should be ashamed of themselves! This obviously is a scam to me. Bait and switch! The outfit they sent me looked NOTHING like what you advertised. a. The one you sent was not a low V-neck as shown in the photo; instead, it was high-necked and zippered in the back. The one you sent was cheap material with wrinkles. The one you sent had a base of cheap, messy fake fur, not feathers as shown in the photo. The size I ordered was XL, and since you are based in California, I figured it was an American size XL. Instead, it is an XL for a child, and it is so small it would never fit anyone in the USA with an XL size.
You need to be reported for fraud, and you need to be held accountable. WHAT YOU DID WAS FRAUDULENT!!

Received the wrong order
Received the wrong order. I keep requesting a refund, and, I am getting a run around. They required photos of the order, which I provided them. Then they send an email saying they will refund 10%. Remember, they sent me the wrong order. I am still trying to get my money returned. Also, extremely long shipping time. They say they are in California, but, the warehouse for shipping is in China.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! Do not trust or purchase from this slimy business. I ordered sandals from Whitmore. The sandals did not fit so I contacted customer service to return them. I was offered a 10% refund and I could keep the sandals. Why would I want to keep sandals that do not fit? I was given the run around and they refused to give me a refund ...yet Whitmore advertises a 30-day full refund of your purchase if you are not satisfied. I had to give one star to post this review-but they deserve zero stars.

expensive for what you get. It's a chinese scam site and I wish I noticed sooner. The sweater I received is an extremely poor imitation. Proportions are wrong, hoodie pocket is weird and tiny. Material is super uncomfortable. Just find a reputable brand. It's not worth it.
