By Teddy - a truly special brand
By Teddy is such a special brand. From the moment you connect with them, David and Delphi make you feel so welcome—their warmth and friendliness shines through in everything they do. It’s clear just how much their brand means to them, and the amount of hard work, love and care they put in is truly inspiring.
The products are absolutely exceptional quality. Our first purchase was the Large Cosy Car Seat and I’ve never seen my dog settle so quickly in the car. The car seats are extremely well made and my puppy is very secure when we are travelling. We loved it so much, we decided to get the Puffer Car Seat too. This is equally as perfect. For walks, we decided to buy the Bowl Bottle which acts as a water bottle, snack bowl and drinking bowl for your pup. This 3-in-1 comes everywhere with us. We have also purchased the harness and lead sets which are stunning. The matte gold hardware gives them a luxurious feel and the lack of mesh on the underside has prevented matting on my cockapoo. The carriers with the settle mats are also brilliant and such a thoughtful touch.
On top of this, delivery is quick and if you have any questions or need advice, David and Delphi are more than happy to help. I have found that they never try to push you to make a purchase. Nothing feels forced. You feel supported every step of the way.
Every single item has been crafted with so much thought and attention to detail. From the packaging to the final product, everything is so beautiful. You can really see and feel the difference compared to anything else on the market.
By Teddy is more than just a brand—it’s a lifestyle and a community created with heart, and that’s what makes it so special.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Hi Rebecca,
We honestly don’t know where to start with this one 🤎
Thank you for taking the time to write something so thoughtful. It truly means more than you know. By Teddy is our whole world, so hearing that the warmth and care we put into it comes through is incredibly special to us.
We’re so happy your puppy settled so quickly in the Large Cosy Car Seat. That feeling of security and calm in the car is exactly why we designed it. The fact you loved it enough to add the Puffer Car Seat too is the biggest compliment.
It’s also amazing to hear how much use you’re getting from the Bowl Bottle. A 3 in 1 essential that comes everywhere with you is exactly what we hoped it would become. And your feedback on the harness and lead sets means so much. The matte gold hardware and non mesh underside were very intentional decisions, so knowing it’s prevented matting on your cockapoo is genuinely invaluable to hear.
We’re so glad you’ve felt supported throughout. We never want anything to feel pushy or transactional. For us, this is about building something long term, creating beautiful pieces, and welcoming people into a community that feels considered and kind.
Reading that you see and feel the difference compared to anything else on the market is everything. From packaging to product, we obsess over the details, so thank you for noticing them.
We’re so grateful for your support and couldn’t be happier to have you and your pup as part of our community 🧸
