It is challenging to find modest active wear that makes me feel comfortable. I bought a shirt and a tunic from borax and loved it. The quality is excellent. The material feels breathable and light. And the delivery was on time and as per the expectations set on the website. Finally, bynorah is also prompt with response to queries. I hope they bring more styles. I’ll definitely shop more.

The service was very friendly and helpful. I received good advice. The fabric is lovely. The quality is good. I ordered them to wear on vacation in the car. They are very comfortable and cover the body well. I'm 183 cm tall. The long abaya is absolutely perfect; I got both colors, including the shorter version. It sits just above my knees, so the length is also perfect. The two pants are a bit too short, but I can cover my ankles with socks. I hope more colors of these will be available. The delivery was also quite fast. Thank you so much!

Slow delivery service and great difficulty in returns for items that were not fit for purpose. I paid delivery costs once for the items and secondly to return which cost £15 from the UK. I was then advised that I would need to cover import fees, Finally after 21 days post receipt of items I was issued with a 50% return of items that were returned unworn with the tags attached. I have had such a poor experience with this company that I would urge anyone to be absolutely sure that you want the items before ordering them.

I recently purchased the Base Tee from By Norah, and I couldn’t be more pleased. After searching through countless modest activewear brands, I finally found one that ticks all the boxes. The Base Tee is absolutely perfect, from the high neckline and the clever attached sleeves (so no need for layering!) to the ideal length that’s not too long or too short. It’s comfortable, flattering, and completely functional for any gym activity.

I now wear it regularly for rowing training and it performs beautifully. The customer service has also been excellent and responsive, efficient, and genuinely lovely to speak to. I’ve already recommended By Norah to my entire team and will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you so much!

I recently ordered two workout tops from ByNorah and after receiving them, I have to say I am SO impressed with the quality and customer service of their brand. I was a bit hesitant to order from them at first as I had never heard of their brand before, but after messaging them and asking my questions, I was pleasantly surprised with how responsive, professional, and reassuring they were. They eased all of my concerns and made me feel confident in placing my order! Within 6 business days, I got my package (I’m located in Canada) and the workout tops are AMAZING!! They are super modest and moisture wicking, and for the first time in years I feel confident working out in the gym again. If you’re reading this and hesitant to place your order, you will not be disappointed one bit! I will absolutely be ordering from ByNorah again and recommending it to all of my Muslim family and friends.

Great quality of clothing.
Order was a little delayed (not a fault of the company but because of international shipping/ courier) but the team were fantastic over email and replied to emails more or less straight away with updates. They were so so helpful!

Not just because the products are bery high quality and problem solvers for hijabis in summer but because of the high quality of costumer service. Fast reply, solves conflicts, they care and want the best for their costumers. Jazak allah khayran🤲.

Les points positifs : La couleur des articles que j’ai commandé est jolie, la coupe est bien ample et ne laisse pas paraître les formes.
Les points négatifs : Je suis assez mitigée en ce qui concerne la qualité du produit. Malheureusement j’ai taché d’huile l’un des deux hauts que j’avais commandé, les tâches sont parties au lavage néanmoins le tissu a changé de forme au niveau des endroits anciennement tachés… Et la politique de remboursement des produits du jamais vu… Les frais de renvoi à la charge du client, et lorsque l’on achète des articles « en lot » si on souhaite ne renvoyer que quelques articles (pas le lot en entier) les articles gardés vous sont facturés au prix normal (hors lot). Franchement j’avais jamais vu ça très dissuasif… (c’était pourtant écrit dans les conditions et j’aurais du regarder, mais honnêtement en 2025 on ne penserait pas que ces pratiques se font encore…). Pour le coup je ne re-commanderai pas ni ne recommanderai… Mais bon qui sait la marque tiendra peut-être compte de ces axes d’amélioration.

I love it!! Great quality and as modest as I hoped it to be. I got the one that is half sleeve and the full sleeve stitched to it; and I love how this kind of sleeve also makes the arm area more modest.
