I placed my order because it clearly included specific promotional items, including the Angels’ Share Discovery Trio, a 7.5 ml Angels’ Share Deluxe Sample, Princess The Narcotics 1.5 ml and Born to Be Unforgettable 1.5 ml. These items were displayed in my cart and officially confirmed in the order confirmation at the time of payment. That confirmed bundle was the reason I completed the purchase.
After my payment was accepted, those items were cancelled due to “temporary out of stock” and internal company policy. I was offered a €20 refund for the Angels’ Share Discovery Trio.
Customer service confirmed that the products are only temporarily unavailable, yet the company refuses to send them once restocked.
From a customer’s perspective, this feels extremely unfair. The order was confirmed. Payment was accepted. And only afterwards, the confirmed contents were changed.
This is not about small samples. It is about honoring confirmed terms and maintaining trust. When a luxury brand accepts payment and then modifies a confirmed order, it seriously undermines confidence.
Very disappointing experience.

J’ai passé une commande sur le site officiel Kilian Paris le 19 février, numéro de commande 6984330679, comprenant 4 articles dont un flacon Angels’ Share 7,5 ml. La commande a été payée intégralement et confirmée le même jour.
Le 23 février, j’ai reçu une facture modifiée indiquant que ce flacon ne serait finalement pas inclus, alors que la commande avait déjà été expédiée, sans mon consentement et avec des explications contradictoires du service client (rupture de stock, absence d’inscription à la newsletter, problème de système).
C’est le service client le plus mauvais que j’aie jamais vu.
Je partage mon expérience pour alerter d’autres clients.

Sadly disappointed with the experience. I received an engraved perfume with visible damage, including a deep scratch across the top of the bottle.
This perfume was intended as a Christmas gift. The only solutions offered by customer support were either returning the product for a standard refund, or receiving a replacement after Christmas and without the engraving. There was no compensation offered for receiving a defective item, no alternative solution, and no flexibility. This is particularly frustrating given that the brand positions these bottles as refillable and long-term items, where the condition of the bottle clearly matters. As a result, a Christmas gift was essentially ruined, and I am now left choosing between spending time on a return and waiting an uncertain amount of time for a refund, or accepting a non-engraved replacement shipped after the holidays.
Not the level of service I expected, especially as a loyal customer making a repeat purchase.

Service client déplorable! Uniquement UPS comme mode de livraison en France. Donc, signature obligatoire pour récupérer le colis. Pas de point relay, pas de chronopost, zero choix, donc obligé d'attendre. Problème: le N° de suivi via UPS Ne marchait pas sur le site UPS, jusqu'au jourJ, qui m'annonce la livraison entre 9H30 et 13H30. Sauf que ZERO LIVRAISON. Impossible d'avoir un suivi UPS, site avec problème technique... J'ai contacté le service client de BYKILIAN, qui n'a même pas lu mon mail (en AR). A ce jour, aucune nouvelle ni de l'un , ni de l'autre. N° de suivi toujours sans suivi...

Goated brand. The fragrance arrived really fast (within a week), the support is also insane. On the site chat you get instant replies and if you email them, you’ll get a response within 1-2 hours or even less. Never seen a brand reply that fast to emails and be so good and fast at helping customers. Definetely worth it!

I’m very disappointed with my order experience from this site. Before I have bought their Parfums always from the corner.
I have made orders with this site. Payed with PayPal. Transactions from my account were completed. After 2 days they cancelled both orders and kinda refunded. Until now (for already 10 days) the status of these transactions is in pending process. I have contacted them, but got no answer. Never ever!

Disappointing Experience with Killian

I made a purchase from Killian and am very disappointed with the service. They accepted my payment and claimed to have shipped my order, but I have yet to receive the product. The tracking information is not working, and I cannot see any updates.

Additionally, they have canceled my other orders, but the funds have not been refunded. I have reached out multiple times, but they do not respond. This is the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this store based on my situation.
