I ordered an item from Bygge Bo which never arrived. Despite DPD claiming the parcel was delivered with a 'new signature,' I never signed for it. Bygge Bo has refused to help, hiding behind a courier investigation that admits I gave 'no leave safe instructions' yet claiming it was left at the driver's discretion. They have effectively taken my money and left me with no product and no recourse. Be very careful ordering from here if you expect the retailer to take responsibility for your delivery.
