I ordered two wishbone dining chairs that I have been shopping for some time for. The price was competitive for this style of chair. They arrived fully assembled and without any damage. We love them and had no issues with our experience ordering here.

Admittedly, there’s some “bad English” red flags, on the site, in reviews, etc. and while English may not be a first language of customer service, everything was on point. My delivery was on time, the products were of expected quality and the communication in the process was thorough. Is this the absolute best quality available!? No. But I do think the value of quality outweighs the price of the product. So all in all, I’m happy. I’ve ordered again, which should be the ultimate indicator of satisfaction. So to those on the fence, hopefully your experience will mirror mine.

The customer service was excellent; they are responsive and accommodative! We purchased the black wishbone chairs with the natural seat and could not be happier. They are well made, attractive, and were shipped nicely and arrived in excellent condition.

I ordered the wishbone chair in the color beach months ago and wanted to order another wishbone chair to match. I ordered a second wishbone chair in the color beach. When the chair arrived it was many shades lighter. I contacted customer service and sent in photos of the chair to ask for a return. The company said they had switched manufacturers and the chair dimensions and color have changed, yet the description and colors were still the same as before. I was denied a shipping label to return the chair and now I am stuck with two mismatched wishbone chairs.

My order processed quickly and I received tracking information as soon as it shipped. I had great visibility on the shipment all the way to my door. the product was packaged really well and undamaged. The customer service follow up was friendly and a great way to complete my experience.

I had a great experience, did an online chat to be sure my chairs were in stock and received them within a week. I got the wishbone chairs in oak and they are beautiful, much nicer than i expected, lightweight and very comfortable. Great customer service, one of the best I have ever experienced.

I am so glad I made this order. I had been looking for a pair of good-looking chairs for a long time, and I spontaneously decided to get the ghost chairs from BESPOEK. I used to have the armchairs, which are a similar model, in my previous home, and I can tell that the quality of these chairs are far above my expectations! I am so happy with them.

I bought 4 of the coveted wishbone chairs for our new home and I am not only floored by the quality for it's price point, but also how fast it shipped. EXCELLENT customer service. I had to reschedule the delivery date and change the address a few times due to a brand new construction. However despite the confusing delivery address, the 4 Wishbone chairs arrived on time. At first I was nervous about buying furniture online as I read some negative reviews regarding the scam. Turned out the company is legit and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing other products from by BESPOEK.

We purchased 6 of the black on black wishbone chairs to pair with our Pottery Barn marble table for our kitchen. We did this sight unseen, which can always be a little risky. When the chairs arrived, I was surprised to see how well and simple they were packed. The chairs were delivered in mint condition. Very happy with the product and customer service.
I purchased 6 Wishbone chairs in ash.
This is a very well made copy of the Wishbone chair. The bent backrest is made out of one piece of wood (not pieces joint together) which was very important for me.
The chairs arrived a couple of days earlier than expected in perfect condition thanks to very well packaging.
The customer service experience has been super with several phone calls, text and emails from by Bespoke during the process.

I love my wishbone chairs I just received! They arrived in perfect condition with no assembly required. They did take some time to arrive but that is to be expected during covid. BESPOEK customer service was great and always responded to me via text message with updates on my order. Very happy and have already recommended the chairs to friends!

I ordered 4 wishbone chairs from by BESPOEK. The chairs themselves are great. They feel sturdy and were well packaged.

Shipping time was nearly 2 months, but that was clear when I purchased the chairs. My only complaint is that I was charged a foreign transaction fee for the purchase on my credit card.

I just received two Wishbone Chairs from Bespoek! When I bought them online a little over a month ago I knew they would not be arriving right away. Bespoek kept me up to date on the arrival of them and they were quite precise on the date as it turned out. They arrived well packed in one box, easy to unpack. They are beautiful, very sturdy and rival the more expensive ones I saw also online. A few years ago I also purchased four of the exact same chairs and these new additions match perfectly for my set of six now.
