Bybeeyz sitesinden bir elbise satın aldım ve deneyimimden çok memnun kaldım. Benimle çok ilgilendiler, oldukça nazik ve anlayışlıydılar. Özellikle birkaç gün sonra satın alabilmem için elbiseyi benim adıma ayırmaları beni çok mutlu etti. Müşteri memnuniyetine gerçekten önem veren bir ekip. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim

sie haben wundervolle und einzigartige kleider. kundenservice ist top - sie antworten schnell und sind sehr hilfreich. hatte ein kleines problem mit einem Kleid - mir wurde sofort geholfen und eine lösung angeboten.

Ik heb zelden zo’n teleurstellende ervaring gehad.

Vooraf heb ik via WhatsApp duidelijk aangegeven dat mijn man mee zou komen om samen een jurk uit te zoeken. Er werd toen expliciet gezegd dat dit mogelijk was, mits we om 11:00 uur een afspraak maakten. Daar zijn we mee akkoord gegaan en hebben we speciaal 2,5 uur gereden.

Eenmaal aangekomen bleek ineens dat mijn man tóch niet naar binnen mocht en buiten moest wachten. Dit terwijl dit vooraf juist het belangrijkste punt van de afspraak was en door de winkel bevestigd was.

Dit is niet alleen slecht georganiseerd, maar ook respectloos naar klanten die tijd en moeite investeren om langs te komen. Als je afspraken maakt, moet je je daar ook aan houden.

Zeer teleurgesteld. Dit had echt voorkomen kunnen worden met duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie.

My dress was supposed to arrive 5-6 business days after April 4. Since it was preordered, it's already late. On top of that, I texted them on WhatsApp to ask if anything had gone wrong with the shipment and why it was late, and nobody ever got back to me. On top of that, I just got an email stating that I have to pay an additional $111 import fee to United Parcel Services to receive my package, on top of the $80 I already paid the site for shipping fees. This is beyond ridiculous. The site should have informed me of the extra $111 charge before shipping it, and charging me $80 for "shipping" when it clearly did not go into that.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience genuinely was INFURIATING.

At first everything seems straightforward. I bought a dress priced at £299 which comes to £325 with shipping. That’s already a lot of money especially considering the dress itself isn’t heavily embellished or particularly intricate- but fine I thought I could expect a certain level of quality and service at that price point.

What isn’t made clear AT ALL is that you’ll then be hit with an additional £122 customs charge on the day of delivery. Not at checkout, not as a clear warning before you pay, but QUITE LITERALLY ON THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY. The lack of transparency with this business is incredibly frustrating.

Hiding behind the phrase “in the terms and conditions” isn’t really a strong defence and is completely unacceptable!!!! Most customers reasonably expect significant extra costs like this to be clearly highlighted upfront- ESPECIALLY when other important policies are actively promoted on your website and social media. They have a whole highlight on their Instagram in multiple languages outlining their returns policy??? When something that MAJORLY changes the total price is only tucked away in fine print, it stops feeling like an oversight and starts feeling intentional when you realise what they are selective about highlighting.

What made it worse was the response from customer service. Instead of any genuine acknowledgment or attempt to resolve the issue, I was simply sent a screenshot of the terms and conditions.

When you’re spending this much on a single item, you expect clarity and a certain level of customer care. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that at all. And it’s very difficult to trust a business that is this comfortable allowing customers to walk into a purchase without fully understanding what they will actually end up paying.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding and it was beautiful! Their dresses are so stylish and fit beautifully. Customer service is also great!

Ich habe mir das Ariana Dress bestellt und es ist bereits meine zweite Bestellung bei Baybeeyz. Ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Die Qualität ist top! Deshalb bekommt ihr auch 5 Sterne von mir – wenn es mehr gäbe, würde ich sogar noch mehr geben. ;)

Prachtige jurken kunnen scoren voor een bruiloft en henna avond. Ik ben geslaagd en zeer tevreden, dankjewel! 🙏🏼
