Do not buy if you expect both arm holes to be the same size (which is not an outrageous assumption). I understand the asymmetrical off-the-shoulder design, but that doesn’t explain why the arm holes are completely different sizes. (By 2 inches)

The right sleeve is noticeably smaller simply because it sits off the shoulder, which makes the fit uneven and uncomfortable. Asymmetrical does not mean poorly proportioned.

Calling this “not a defect” is delusional when it’s clearly a design flaw.

Not impressed with the quality of the item. The returns policy allows for store credit only and it takes weeks for items to be processed. Not reliable if you are buying something for a specific event. Found customer service unhelpful when dealing with delays. Avoid, there are plenty of other stores who will process your order quickly and offer a refund if any issues.

I ordered jewellery. Delivered in bag. No protective packing. As a result when I opened it was damaged. There was no packing list in package just their paper ad.
They said they will not refund or replace item.
Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from them.

Seriously unhappy. They were good enough to receive my money. Not in delivering the goods. Unprofessional customer service.

I recently bought a number of items. I needed to return one item and tried contacting them several times over two weeks. I finally received a response telling me to follow the returns process. This involved not only paying for return postage, but an additional fee to secure the exchange item! What a rip off!! I will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing.

I bought two dresses for an event with the expectation of returning one item. On arrival one didn’t fit and the second I did not like how the style sat on me. I went online to process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the parcel in the mail and have been told I can only get a store credit. This was not obvious on their website at all. Extremely disappointed!

VERY unhappy with this company.
Firstly, their sizings are way off to the point where you buy your normal size and can’t fit your head through the garment.
The quality of the clothes - appalling
What’s the cherry on top? The fact that they don’t offer refunds and only offer you a store credit which goes against Australian laws.
When I reached out to them via multiple emails they didn’t respond.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. The sizes are not consistent. I purchased the size 38 in "Angelmay Slingback White Heels which fit perfectly. The second pair "Matilda White Iridescent Rhinestone Heels" also a size 38 and they are too big. They are lovely shoes but considering each pair is close to $100 each, there is no leather on them whatsoever, which means they won't last long. Because they are plastic and synthetic I'll probably get a couple of wears from them

Wouldnt bother shopping here, some peices are decent but considering tge price you pay, you would expect qaulity! Received my dress for an event, the qauilty looks like its from shein was even super crinkled like how Shein send their items. Yeah not impressed I only purchased as I had to use my store credit from a previous return, Note: they do not refund, store credit only which is a actually outragoues! Never shppping here again not worth the drama

Good quality clothes. Breached their terms and conditions regarding store credit. Didn’t issue a store credit within stated time frame and are now ignoring my emails. Have raised with Consumer Affairs and the ACCC.

I returned my order in November and returned the entire thing. Two months later, they are still holding $230 of my money. I haven’t been issued a credit or refund.

Despite having all items returned, I was later asked to “confirm” whether I had sent everything back, even though they already had the full return. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase this up myself.

I had to send a dress back as it was too small and requested a refund as nothing else suited me, so I ended up having to pay for shipping again, then I get an order confirmation to say that dress is on its way to me!! I didn't re order, I'm not happy with the whole process, no one has even gotten back to about my refund, and I don't know why they're delivering the same dress back to my address!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They illegally don’t offer refunds when the quality of their goods are rubbish. I’m sorry I didn’t pay using PayPal. Purchase from anywhere else than here.

I have always found shipping to be quite slow. They now also place a ribbon on their garments which makes it really difficult to try the dresses onstage and see if they sit properly on you.

Updated: 4 weeks later and I still haven’t revived my order.
Customer service slow at responding.
I cancelled my order and have not received any form for reimbursement even though I received an email confirming my order was cancelled.

Terrible returns process, ribbon was placed and had to be taken off to be able to try maxi dress on properly - sent back due to being too big and ordered a smaller size. Tags still attached and refund refused. Will never order again, terrible customer service

I needed a last minute outfit for a wedding and bought online through By Amica. It came quickly in the mail and the fabric and colour was just as it looked online. Perfect for the wedding!
