It’s an alright platform

It’s an alright platform. The live casino is good, but I found the support team to be a bit slow to respond to my emails. The deposit was easy, but the withdrawal took longer than the 48 hours they promised. It’s an average app that does the job but lacks any "wow" factor.

Completely disappointed

Completely disappointed: I installed the app, but it won't open after logging in. Customer support keeps redirecting me to the same FAQ section.

The app froze while betting on horse…

The app froze while betting on horse racing, and verification took forever. It feels outdated compared to other bookmakers. Not impressed!!

the interface could use a refresh

Tennis and Premier League betting was excellent, although the live streams were a bit laggy. The odds are decent, but the interface could use a refresh!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! The Bwin app wouldn't load, kept crashing while betting on football, and the withdraw button didn't work at all. A complete waste of time and money.
