No matter how many questions I asked, he remained helpful and never once seemed annoyed; he truly went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed.
​The console itself is in fantastic condition and exactly as described beforehand. They also loaded it up with games for me, which was a great touch. If you're looking for quality gear and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place!

Console was in good condition.
I coordinated with the seller on Whatsapp after putting the order on their website, the seller is a nice guy and I like the service.

There was a small delivery delay, but the owner personally took care of it — he waived the delivery fee, shipped it for free, and even refunded ₹100 because the HDMI cable was damaged. Really honest and customer-friendly service. The console arrived in good condition and exactly as described.
