This agency is amazing. The casting agents are so helpful, they keep good and fast communication with clients and work hard to find clients some jobs. I’ve had a casting for ASOS and will be filming for the BBC!!! I love their passion and help!

I joined Buzz Talent six months ago and they have already helped to develop and support my online profile and offered some great opportunities. I recently appeared on an episode of TOWIE and my social media profile engagement has soared since joining the agency. Everyone at Buzz is super friendly, professional and I look forward to seeing what the future holds in continuing to work with them.

I’ve been with the company for quite some time now. Not once been offered a job - whether this be in acting or modelling. It was posed initially so well that I was great and I’d fit so many roles. TOTAL LIES. The roles available are so specific. “Single mum with children” “African male who can do XYZ”. Nothing is been suitable for myself. Also, when I messaged about a job at ASOS I got a snotty DM back from someone saying “Check your emails. You’ll know it’s only for those who are London based.” Little did they know, I joined Buzz Talent THAT FLAMING WEEK! They come across after so apologetic. I’ve been offered ZERO jobs in the business since I’ve started. My advice - save your money and don’t bother. Real agencies won’t charge you - I know this now.

The Buzz Team were the first agency I was signed with, which has proven to be a great choice over the past few years. They are in touch very often with casting propositions and are always highly professional in their output. I have been shortlisted a few times and booked once through them, which I am really grateful for. My agent Maria is wonderful and I am so glad she has joined the amazing team that constitutes Buzz. I am really looking forward to working with them again in future.

My experience with BUZZ has been nothing but brilliant. From the very start of my interview with Toby who made me feel so at ease (as I was a bit nervous) to having regular chats with the amazing Maria and Rachel who have made me feel that no question is too silly or an inconvenience.
The agency is definitely something that I would recommend to anyone seeking this line of work.

Buzz sent me the application for the cabins which I was then on and have been none stop help before hand and along the way, they're like a family and you get looked after and encouraged! They help you with anything you need, definitely recommend!

AMAZING SUPPORT!!!

I joined Buzz in the summer and had opportunities thrown at my way from the get go! It's all about getting involved and being open to new opportunities when they are offered to you! I was given the opportunity to take part in ITV2's new show "The Cabins" and the support since from Buzz and especially Helen is INSANE!!!

I am a signed model with various different very reputable model agencies now.

I joined Buzz Talent when I was first starting out, but I was naive. I joined Buzz thinking they would be a good model and talent agency to join. However, they take on literally anyone and charge £150 to join. Having learnt about other reputable agencies since, no decent agency charges you to join. All the best and safest agencies to join are listed on Castweb.

In addition, Buzz Talent mainly promotes people on their Instagram who they have placed as an extra on Towie, which you can go on for free. Towie takes anyone with any looks as an extra. I have the phone number for Liberty, one of the people who source extras for Towie. I can give that to anyone and you will be immediately accepted as an extra for Towie and I won't charge you anything.

Plus every other model agency tell everyone on their books the fee upfront you earn for shoots. They are v transparent.

Buzz Talent pay for a large number of their followers on instagram and often pay for comments on posts, many of which are the same sorts of comments and you can see they come from bots.

Furthermore, Buzz Talent tried to get it's members to sell Ketones last year in a sort of pyramid scheme. Again, no reputable agency would try and get their members to do this. I spoke to a number of other members who were asked to do this.

Having experienced top model and talent agencies now, I would warn people not to rush to spend their hard earned money joining an agency like Buzz Talent, when there are so many better agencies out there you can join for free. I felt it was my duty to warn other aspiring models etc.

Further update 18th January 2021: Helen contacted Trust Pilot suggesting my experience wasn’t genuine and that I wasn’t signed with them. I forwarded all email contract documentation over with screen shot evidence of the fake followers and comments and Trust Pilot have now verified my review. I’m not at all surprised Buzz Talent’s only reaction was to try and make out I was providing a fake review, given everything else about their company is so fake! What makes this even more hilarious is other reviews from people saying Buzz Talent are like a family, yet they don’t know who half their members are, otherwise they would have known exactly who I was! All other proper agencies I am signed to know exactly who I am and who their other models etc are.

My response to your reply Helen on 26/01/21:

Thank you Helen for your reply, most of which you had put a spin on like a politician, so I will address your points and provide clarity for other would-be members who may be considering signing up to your agency:

1) Other talent agencies may charge a small fee like an admin fee, but certainly no-where near £150 that your agency charges. Please provide details of which other reputable agencies charge £150? Most talent agencies cover modelling, tv and extra work, so your 9 genres you refer to as being unique to your agency simply isn't true. As an example, Fomorealcast created by Fomo Models is free to join and places models with ASOS and other well-known brands, along with putting people forward for Love Island and MTV shows. In fact people have been approached to model for ASOS from Fomorealcast and not your agency, even though they are signed to yours and theirs, so you obviously don't put people forward for modelling jobs, behind the scenes, that you should do.

2) Well done for making sure you get listed on Castweb, it's a very sensible move, however perhaps you should consider dropping your enrolment fee to £30 or under like other talent agencies to cover admin costs, instead of ripping off your members.

3) I never questioned whether the content was 100% genuine you post on instagram, but you do have bought followers and comments which isn't 100% genuine! Your answer to this was a political type response, and you clearly are bothered because you pay a company to give you fake followers, likes and comments!

4) I never said Pruvit ran a pyramid scheme, but you were going to be personally earning money from sales reps you had helped recruit to sell the Ketones. You were therefore creating a pyramid scheme yourself.

5) I appreciate you contacted Trust Pilot to find out who I was, but it was another thing to suggest to Trust Pilot I wasn't genuinely signed to your agency, when I know so much about your agency and have since proved to Trust Pilot I am.

6) I hope this clarifies why I still think your agency is a joke and why I continue to warn other would-be models etc away from your extortionately priced agency when they can get the same opportunities for a fraction of the price or for free elsewhere and that is something you cannot deny.

Further update 03/03/21: Buzz’s best actor, Chris Barnes, has just left them because they weren’t a proactive enough agency!

Best Agent ever!!
Helen has helped me massively through out 2020 not just on a work level but a personal level too. I know I have her full support and backing in whatever I do and I know she always has my best interest at heart. Caroline and Toby have also been amazing in what has been an externally tough year in the talent industry so thank you! Buzz isn’t just an agency/ management. Buzz is a way of life, a support network and a family. I am both happy and blessed to be working with such an amazing team and can not wait to see what the future holds.

Since being signed with Buzz Talent last year Helen and the team have gone above and beyond,I have been featured on the hit ITV show The Only Way Is Essex multiple times,London Fashion Week SS20 in February and secured a great live streaming show for a top online app.

I am now also signed with Buzz Reality and can honestly say this was the best decision I made signing with them.

They are a scam. Avoid them. They take your money, offer you whatever you want to hear to get that money, then disappear into the night.
When I tried to get feedback or help, they shouted at me and the main lady is a very poorly spoken uneducated imbecile. I asked for help and she got offended!🤣 Then aggressive at me when I was politely asking for help! I couldn’t believe how bad their service was. Oh and by the way this was funny: she got upset when I reminded them they’re supposed to provide a service!😂
If you’ve been had by them and lost your money, do what I did and look up your rights. Do a little research and then write to them. Since they don’t provide you with a service up to any standard, you have a right to a refund. Don’t let these ******** take your money and disappear on you.
They’re not smart enough to understand what you’re talking about if you use words longer than five letters.
And if you haven’t signed up yet, just don’t.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This company asks you to pay a ridiculous amount of money as a joining/ entry fee, then just spams you with dozens of emails for ‘castings’ that 9 times out of 10 are not even relevant to you as an individual.
Please, stay away from this company... To any aspiring models, the FIRST RED FLAG of an illegitimate ‘agency’ is then asking for an initial fee.

Any good, reputable agency will not ask you to pay them anything to join.

I have been with this agency for two weeks and the opportunities they have given me have been insane!
Yesterday I signed two contracts in one day!!
One being for a new app launch and one being for a new TV show! How exciting! This agency can literally turn your dreams into a reality! I can’t thank Helen and the team enough! X

I’ve been signed by BUZZ for just under a year now and I had nothing but good experiences, it took me just 3 weeks for me to get my first modelling job and they have really been the best start to my modelling career in the industry. It’s a real shame to see bad review on hear because Helen has got the kindest heart and her team work so hard for their clients to get them work. When lockdown started and I lost my job she even went out her way to give me an admin job in her office to help me out. Not the kind of company that should be getting scam reviews.

Dear Buzz,

Thanks for feeling the need to address me by name, hope that makes you feel like you’ve done your job. If your company put that much effort into finding me work than responding so “in-depth”, well I’d be inundated to say the least.

You sent me DOZENS of indeed spam emails, when I was 17 you emailed me only castings that were “18 year old and over” and for “reality shows and parties” so for the first year I was literally unable to go for ANYTHING. I haven’t received one email that actually fits my criteria... hence why I’m unable to go for anything nor does your company put me forward for anything at all. As an agency it’s literally your job to put people forward for roles, why do we have to keep chasing you up for work?

I uploaded pictures to your site and you email me saying we can only accept professional headshots in which you have to pay for... When I’m not willing to do that as I’m just starting out with the business and pictures from my previous modelling experience should do just fine.

Your points to say there are hardly any negative reviews are false as before you changed your name from TMA to Buzz there are loads of negative reviews relating to your company especially on TP, which you are yet to answer for.

I stick by my claims and quite frankly don’t need a response from you as I have my opinions about your company the last time I checked I’m fully entitled to. Either way a response from you, won’t be read by me and I regret ever signing up to your company.

I have had nothing but great experiences working with Buzz! I was fortunate enough to present at their incredible London Fashion Week show and have hosted many events for them! They also helped me secure paid work during the covid lockdown which was crucial!

Where to start!!
This is by far the best Agency in the UK.

From office staff to the queen herself, HELEN. The entire team offer a 5* service throughout and always ensure to go above and beyond given the opportunity.

I for one are an extremely selective client and Buzz understands my (pickiness) 😆 they go above and beyond to understand and meet both client and Buzz client requests all while maintaining a prestige service. I love these guys to bits and I can not wait to see what the future holds!
