Nothing went wrong it’s just good value for money anymore. The bingo and the table games!
The food is all microwaved, nothing is fresh!

No full payout as advertised
Myself and my wife went to the Baisingstoke buzz bingo as we had a text to say that the last 5 houses was a 200 pound payout each house..Well it was 100 pounds ..the only reason we went to buzz bingo on that night was of the 200 pounds payout..terms and conditions should be on the advertisement not in very small writing which you have to hunt for..Buzz bingo will go bust if they carry on the way they do..bad management bad advertisement

Hi Paul,
I hope you are well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our Basingstoke Club. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the main event payout amount.
While we always aim to provide the best prize money, please note that this can change depending on external factors such as ticket sales and weather conditions. However, we strive to ensure that our prizes remain competitive. Please be advised this is confirmed within the terms and conditions linked to every advertised promotion (regarding a change in prize money).
Unfortunately, I am unable to investigate individual cases, but if you’d like further assistance, please use the ‘Contact Us’ button on our homepage, and our team will be happy to help.
Kind Regards,
Claire
