Yes this is a legitimate business and I was able to book the flight successfully. But they do not make it easy, and it seems very sketchy through the process.

- I was booking for someone who didn't have a credit card. The flight was only 2 days away. I booked at the advertized value on the website.
- It looked good and I got a confirmation email
- The following day (about 16h before the flight departure) I got an email saying there was an issue becuase the name on the credit card didn't match the passenger and I would have to e-transfer the cash.
- I called because this seemed like an obvious scam. But they informed me that it was true, they cannot book with a credit card that doesn't match the passenger's name.
- Once I finally agreed to send an e-transfer, they infomred me that the price had increased since yesterday by $100
- Including hold times, I spent over an hour on the phone with them to book my flight
- The flight was legit, and the passenger arrived safe and sound
- I requested a receipt multiple times, but never received one. I was told over the phone that the accounting department will send me one.

I am not sure how a business like this operates in 2023. If you have no other choice, you can book a flight with them, but personally I will stay clear.

I purchased a ticket through their website and received a confirmation code, along with an email that the E-ticket would be sent within 24 hours. However, I found myself in a difficult situation after waiting for 24 hours and missing out on other deals. They insisted I pay extra charges to issue the tickets or cancel the booking.

Absolute scam! Since Day 1 I have had issues with this company. I'm hoping this will help someone who is looking to book with them. After booking my flights, I immediately got a call that the price went up and I needed to pay more. After reading other reviews experiencing the same situation I realize this might be a part of their business model. Additionally, there have been multiple changes to my itinerary (2+). I had to find out from family members who are also on the same flights, and never received a notification email or call. It is extremely vital and important to be aware of changes to your travel itinerary, so that was very upsetting. After calling multiple times to understand what was happening, they finally rebooked my flights to accommodate my layovers. I wanted to check on the status via the official airlines but my reservation was unavailable to view. I called them multiple times once again to understand what was happening and was given different stories each time (wait longer for it to refresh, we emailed the airline, a manager will call you). A week and a half out from my travel date, I am still having issues with no resolve. I have been extremely patient throughout this whole process but I am losing it. No one has helped me and I truly believe this company is a scam. There is no escalation process or "real" agents who can help me or even care the distraught I am going through. Please, please, please do not book with them.

Akansha was very prompt and helpful when it came to correcting an error made with my booking. This has been a stressful time for me booking a last minute flight to visit my grandmother in the hospital and she did everything in her power to make the process smooth and reassured me everything is going to be alright!

They scam you by given you a cheaper price then telling you to pay 10% more!

They called me back to ask for a price increase of about 10% that listed on the google flights checkout. And they changed the flight itinerary.
I should have canceled the reservation at this point. Nevertheless I obliged and completed the reservation with the price increase.
A week prior to the flight departure, I had to cancel once of the flight reservations, they stalled me and asked for a medical paper which I was not able to produce in time for the departure.
Air Canada representatives informed me the tickets were fully refundable but that I needed to go thru the travel agent (Buymytrip)
Upon return I provided the medical justification, they did not respond to my email for a week. Once I reached out to them again, they informed me it was too late for a refund.
Worst customer service, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM FOR ANY TRAVEL !!!!
