I had a change of mind of my purchase…
I had a change of mind of my purchase of a remote as I found mine. The company not only offered to cancel the order (it was soon after the ordering - same day) but also offered an update to my order to buy something else of interest instead of the remote. I chose this option and bought two charger cables instead (which my kids broke on first use - my kids are bloody rough!!!) and gave me a refund for the difference in price of the remote versus the cables. Their communication was outstanding and couldn’t do enough to help me. Delivery of the cables was super quick once my order was confirmed. I highly recommend shopping online with BuyMeShop!!! And I will defo be shopping here again! Thanks guys! You rock!!

Great communication
After an initial hiccup the problem was rectified and Bishal in customer service was amazing. The communication was fantastic and the remote works perfectly. Will definitely use them again

If I could give them zero I would! Bought 2 items that didn’t work sent an email as there was no return address. Wouldn’t give me any instructions on returns. Just said I wasn’t using it correctly. They wanted a video over a number of days. Don’t buy from this company.

Cube alarm clock
I ordered 4 cube clocks as Christmas stocking fillers. All 4 are faulty and constantly turn themselves off. When I contacted the company they initially asked for a short video which I was unable to provide as the timing is different each time. I returned the clocks to see if they could get them to work, I’m not sure if they could. I was given a full refund.

Great product and brilliant customer service!
I bought a replacement remote for my air conditioner. It was shipped quickly- but I had issues with the courier taking an incredibly long time. The customer service at buymeshop was outstanding! They contacted aramex also and my remote was then delivered. I was unsure if it would work the same as the Panasonic remote I'd had. But it does. It is excellent. Very very happy! Would buy from these guys again. Communication and service are fantastic. Definitely worth 5 stars!
