Had a problem with one hide- but the customer Service is truly servicing you and solved it fast and very satisfiying!

The product was exactly what I expected

Customer service replied really fast. Although the order was delivered only a week after I placed it, I guess that’s because of the Black Friday sale and the upcoming Christmas season. The package arrived well packed.

I do have two issues, though. First, there are two approximately 1-euro-coin–sized damages on the leather (I don’t think it’s a cow’s scar — it looks more like something that happened during production). I think I can work around it, but if I wanted to make something larger, like a backpack, I probably wouldn’t be happy.

Second, I ordered Baldassi Wax Pull-Up leather in burgundy, but received Pueblo burgundy instead. However, I actually like it, so I’m kind of happy with it.

Definitely going to order more.

I must admit the leather is expensive but is exactly as I hoped : high quality with a delicate nice smell. I am not deceived at all.

Hides were excellent with good consistent colour, the additional included in the order to make up for one hide being smaller than the listed average was hugely appreciated.
