Very bad service I am not happy

I ordered some RAM for my laptop, it was easy to compare the specifications and simply order. This website was the cheapest option also gave free delivery. When i emailed about the order status i got speedy response as well. 5 star experience overall

I ordered an Intel i5-12600k CPU (BX8071512600K) at a good price (£128.76) on 31/12/24 and today (03/01/24) they sent me an email at 23:15 to notify me that my order had been cancelled due to "a pricing error caused by a system error." They basically decided that I am not allowed to get a decent deal and wasted my time and possibly money due to the great value. In short, they sold an item at a good price but decided to cancel it nearly 4 days later because it was a good deal

Called customer service, to discuss a wrong delivery address, which was derived via Paypal, and this was resolved, and the item was delivered to the correct address. Delivered in good time.

The memory card works fine

That’s my order not arrived, one week waiting for next day delivery. I’m calling twice but it doesn’t help me. Still waiting for confirmation of my order

I ordered 2 micro SD cards intended for WiFi cameras. They took a little longer to be delivered than l had been led to believe but perhaps that was just because of the time of year. They are to be part of a present and so they have not been unpacked as yet. Hopefully ok.
