We have been thoroughly fooled by this company and warn everybody to avoid doing business with this company. Years ago they made a program for interested companies and it sounded and looked very interesting. Our company in the Netherlands joined the idea for promotion of our products in Vietnam and other countries for a sum of more than $ 10K and we only after our payment we received a short mail back after months with an introduction plan and information that they would sent a first order after introduction. We have sent samples but an order did never come (not even after about 2 years (due to all kinds of vague circumstances) they promised to refund part of our investment. This promise appeared to be a unfounded promise by a women called 'Lyn' (everubody has in this company an alias name) and after pushing again and again this promise still exists but will never be realized. We therefore warn everybody to avoid doing business with them. It is a company of 100% promise, but 0% ralisation of their agreements.

BUY2SELL: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A SCAM I'M SHARING WITH THE WORLD.
Let me be absolutely clear: BUY2SELL is a scam. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story so that others don't fall victim to their fraudulent practices. I'm not just writing a review; I'm preparing a video detailing my entire ordeal, complete with documented evidence, and I will share it widely in the hopes it goes viral. I want everyone to know what BUY2SELL is doing.
For years, I've been trying to get a refund of €4,208.47 that BUY2SELL owes me. This isn't a simple misunderstanding or a minor issue; it's a blatant breach of a legally binding contract. And I'm not talking about some hastily drafted agreement. This contract was meticulously reviewed and even modified by my lawyer, ensuring every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. We're talking about a rock-solid contract, airtight and designed to protect both parties. Yet, BUY2SELL has consistently refused to honor it.
The amount of time and effort I've wasted on this is staggering. Hours upon hours of meetings, countless emails, and even producing marketing videos for their sales team – all for nothing. They strung me along with promises and excuses, just like they've done to countless others, as evidenced by the numerous scathing reviews online. They present a facade of professionalism, but behind it lies a calculated scheme to take your money and deliver nothing in return.
Like others, I was initially impressed by their seemingly legitimate operation. They have offices, they have staff, they even have stores. But it's all a smokescreen. It's a carefully constructed illusion designed to lure you in and gain your trust. Don't be fooled. They are masters of deception.
My experience mirrors those of others who have been scammed by BUY2SELL. They promise the world, take your money upfront, and then disappear or offer a litany of excuses for their lack of performance. They'll blame the economy, they'll blame their sales team, they'll blame anything but themselves. The reality is, they have no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain.
I've tried everything to resolve this amicably, but BUY2SELL has shown nothing but contempt for their contractual obligations and for me as a client. They've ignored my emails, they've broken their promises, and they've demonstrated a complete lack of integrity.

100% scam. Paid money zero results. Lucky they refunded part of the costs because I put up a video explaining their scam but since they told me that in order for me to get my money back I had to remove the video , I had done just that.

Buy2Sell has scammed my business for USD 6500.

I was approached by the International Purchasing Managers of Buy2Sell on 20th August 2021. They introduced Buy2Sell as a distributor and importer that works with major Vietnamese retailers and have physical stores throughout Vietnam alongside an online presence.

It was a promising and exciting proposition that led to further meetings and video calls. During the video calls, they presented a clear and robust plan that was supported by credible reference points and case studies that later transpire to be paid articles and YouTube videos.

Their forecast sales and volumes seemed to be very realistic within the context of the Vietnamese economy.

After establishing some trust through the interactions with them, I was asked to select between a Standard and Pro Distributor model and I (as the brand owner) would have to pay an up-front fee of USD 6,500 to support with the marketing campaigns, brand launch and other various activities they promised to do.

I was extremely reluctant at this point as I have never operated on this kind of model. Usually, our distributor network is more transactional in the sense that the importer buys the products and we help with promotional campaigns, marketing events, exhibition costs on a ad-hoc basis.

I therefore did some research on the company and at the time, Buy2Sell seemed extremely plausible and quite a reputable business. How I was so WRONG!

After further meetings, I decided to proceed with them on the contractual basis that there was a minimum sales threshold of the start up fee of USD 6,500. The contract was updated and signed by both parties.

Once the fees were paid and we begun the ‘partnership’, there were no proactive updates. Naturally I regularly requested updates and I would receive generic responses about how they have some leads but the economy is tightening.

Eventually, after little to no evidence of activity I demanded to speak to a director because a year had passed and Buy2Sell had failed on all of their contractual obligations. The director I met with was Jimmy Nguyen. He promised that the demand for our brand was significant and with their upcoming promotional campaign at the start of 2024, it would translate into sales and they would therefore fulfil their contractual commitment. He couldn’t evidence any activity that they did anything for my brand.

As part of the contract, they were allowed one more year to hit the promised sales forecast. I therefore had no other choice than to wait despite knowing at this point that it was a scam.

On 3rd November 2024, the contract had finally run its course and despite the false promises, nothing materialised. They lied, they made false promises and they have simply scammed me.

I felt disheartened, frustrated, angry and a whole bunch of emotions. I started my business in 2015 and I work so hard for me and my family yet some criminals think it is perfectly acceptable to take money and do nothing.

In one final attempt to resolve it, I offered Buy2Sell to partially refund the original amount I paid. They responded by advising that they were going bankrupt.

Meer dan een jaar geleden het hoofdkantoor van buy2sell bezocht in Vietnam en werd zelfs door een company car opgehaald vanuit mijn hotel. Het ging om een samenwerking waarbij Buy2sell ons zou vertegenwoordigen in Vietnam. Alles zag er zeer professioneel uit en vandaar dat wij in er geen probleem in zagen om een betaling te verrichten van bijna $ 11000 voor het opzetten van de marketing en introductie in hun winkels. Wel, dat hebben we geweten, na anderhalf jaar en zo`n 100 wederzijdse email berichten komen we er achter dat we volledig bedonderd zijn en er geen enkele mogelijkheid is om onze producten door hun te laten verkopen. Ze blinken uit in beloftes en geven geen enkele keer aan dat ze het niet willen maar dit houden ze gewoon jaren vol zodat je er iedere keer er een soort van hoop over blijft houden. Nogmaals, het is een scam want ook de namen die genoemd zijn door andere opgelichte bedrijven noemen deze namen zoals Jenny Nguyen. Mensen, let op en trap er niet in, ze maken hier een soort business van want ze hebben inderdaad winkels maar daar kom je echt niet in. Al die aanbetalingen vanuit de hele wereld brengt ze tonnen aan netto winst op want ze doen er niks mee behalve dan dat het rechtstreeks hun bankrekening op gaat en als pure winst de boekhouding in. mijn naam is Paul Warmerdam en iedereen mag mij hierover vragen stellen want we hebben niets te verbergen en Buy2sell echter hebben alles te verbergen.

We are a small business based in California. We were scammed by Buy2Sell Vietnam. In all we lost about USD$5000.

As of Nov 2024 after we signed a contract with them in Sept 2023, there has literally been zero business progress; no sales, no evidence of business development, nothing.

Buy2Sell reached out to us in the Fall of 2023 saying they wanted to partner to export our products to the Vietnam market. After many rounds of email and video conference calls and due diligence to make sure Buy2Sell Vietnam was legitimate we signed a contract with them in Sept 2023. We were reassured that their corporate office was sitused in Singapore, a more regulated market. At the time online search didn't really bring up any obvious red flags about Buy2Sell's (shady) business practices.

Buy2Sell looks legitimate on the surface. All of their public press articles, company incorporation documents, website, emails, etc. look reputable. When we sent product samples they even took pictures of our products in what looked like legit showrooms.

But quickly thereafter Buy2Sell became silent, never proactively reaching out with business updates. We would reach out, and interestingly they're very responsive and were also willing to hop on update calls. But it became a never-ending cycle: no updates for weeks and months from Buy2Sell, we reach out to Buy2Sell asking for a status update, they would respond with various reasons for the lack of sales and progress (bad economic conditions in Vietnam, sales team were getting promising leads-buyers will place an order soon, and later various promises of looping in management to discuss our situation but never following up).

We hope our experience will help other businesses avoid this fraudulent company. We lost money but also a lot of time and effort dealing with this illegitimate company.

I wanted to share my input / experience on BuytoSell… We signed off a contract in sept 2023 with a down payment of 12k for the promotion of 8 wines. We are a French company and we had a French guy as commercial who helped to walk thru the contract. We heard funny comments on this company but that head of sales gave us confidence… Between French nationals, one has to show a bit of trust (wrong move…), email of vineyards happy with their deals, videos, sales invoices to some of their big clients, communication and marketing campaigns across Vietnam, etc…

The contract consisted in a mandatory 1st order of 8 to 10k within 3 months from the sign off of the contact.
For an initial 12k investment, the maximum purchase order of wine was 80k annually. All in the contract…

Guess what… Nothing happened… A lot of blah blah blah from the commercial team…
We sent samples, documentation, marketing material and provided training the following month of signature of the contract … We met the management team twice in HCM city, in their lovely office, to ensure they had all in hands to be successful. they are all very smiley, confident and super friendly, taking fotos and being buddy buddy… but it is all facade and fake. Make no mistake… they are clever funny monkeys.

We had monthly calls with those guys… Their commercial team kept saying they had large customers interested by our products and an order will pop anytime soon. Buls…
They keep making you hoping of a big order which will never happen…

Vang Online / Buy2sell has in their stockholders 2 or 3 key people linked to the local communist party which are untouchable, not accessible…
We discussed it with the economic dept of the French Embassy and we had confirmation of the legalized scam… It is all political and sensitive. Remember, a legal contract in this country can be barely enforced so… all the clauses out of the window and as they are related to the communist party… Out of touch.
For now, the status quo holds but with the series of huge scandales (bank & construction) related to corruption in the country… a lot of things may pop up soon coming to tarnish even further the reputation of the country which has been seriously, tainted by untrustworthy for business.

Conclusion :

Yes… it is a large and political Scam even if you see stores in all the country… Just a facade…
Yes… they live on your money you invest. some sort of Ponzi scheme… Bloody clever
Yes… They have an Intl commercial team representing all the winemaking countries so to create a bound of trust… speaking to a national abroad makes things easier, right ?
Yes… We are attacking them in Justice thru our embassy in Vietnam and Singapore

Yes… I have managed to track the French guy who made us sign the contract. The dumb is back to France (how stupid is that…) and he will be receiving notification of our lawyer. as if you could get away with this so easily…
Yes… We intend to organize a class action as a lot of small producers, not only of winemakers but also small/ mid cap food factories too, have been scammed.
Yes… We will inform all the cooperatives and winemakers association ( Vignerons Independants…) but also, Italy, Spain and all the winemakers worldwide…
