Butlersltd Anmeldelser

Completely professional service from start to finish. Sourced us a great property and the development quotation pack put together was done so extensively, having got each tradesman round to the house to price up the required works. This ensured we could move on to the next stage of our project fully informed. Communications as second to none, as Mac and Joe kept us both fully informed of the progress throughout and even accommodated my 11 hour Australian time difference. The quality of the finished properties speak for themselves when you view their page. Great service, great company.

I recently decided to sell a private rental property and engaged Max Butler’s services following a recommendation. Max took all the strain out of what I know from experience can be a very stressful time. Max was able to match an investor to the property, we got a good price and avoided a lot of additional expenses. Max was very professional and kept us updated throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Max has been a great help from start to finish, having bought a few properties now from Butlers it has saved me the hassle of buying through agents and saving endless time which I currently don’t have whilst managing other properties and commitments. Max is always there for any problems that arise and quickly gets them resolved. All round great experience from the sourcing of the property through to providing a build team and end finish.

I sold my property to one of Max Butler’s investors. Max was knowledgeable and professional throughout, he kept me updated at all times. I approached Butler’s Ltd directly so I had no estate agent involved, nor their fees for me to pay.
I would recommend anyone wanting to sell their property to contact Butlers Ltd.
Thank you Max.

I could not recommend Butlers Ltd more! As a new property investor, I was really dreading getting into the property market as I was sure that I would commit mistakes along the way, however, with Max’s help, I was able to find a suitable investment property that I have now converted into a serviced Accomodation unit! Max has helped me at every step: starting with finding a suitable mortgage, speaking to solicitors at times, he has also managed the works needed and helped with the staging process! I was not expecting such a start to finish amazing service like this at all and would give more than 5 stars if I could!
