Recently purchased item online, I made a typo with the postcode and Royal Mail were unable to resolve delivery issues, they returned item to the company. To be honest I wrote it off at this point. But I heard from the store, gave them the correct details and they sent it out again. Received safely and very happy with the item and the service.

I have bought and loved B&W for decades. The customer service was outstanding. Sadly this is now longer the case, I purchased earring which arrived damaged. I was sent a label to return and another pair of earring, which I neither wanted nor asked for. I returned the original damaged pair boxed in the original small jiffy bag and highlighted the problem. I then received an impertinent call from a cheeky assistant, complaining that I had not included the other boxed pair with the return, they did not fit in the jiffy bag, I did not have a larger bag and I felt I had to return in the original boxed packaging. None of this was my doing and I am unhappy at the rudeness of staff.

Good company but sent the wrong earrings. Had to send them back. They are sending correct ones to me. Not received them yet. They gave me refund on postage very quickly. Hope the correct ones come this time. Never happened before with them. They are good company.

I just love Butler&Wilson. So many versatile pieces for every occasion. I have so many items from sculls, to novelty pieces. So well made and made in Britain which I love. Individual and bring a smile to my face make me feel a million dollars when I wear them. I have so many comments from friends and family when I wear his designs.
