The desk is very well designed, solid, and practical for a professional studio setup. The overall build quality is good and the product works very well for my needs.

I did have an issue with the surface finish, which was disappointing considering the price of the desk. At first, resolving the issue took some time and communication, but the support team eventually handled the matter fairly and provided a partial refund.

I appreciate that the company was willing to find a reasonable solution. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and with the final outcome, which is why I am giving Buso Audio four stars.

I ordered a pilot 27” touch screen. It was shipped quickly and arrived very well packaged. In fact, I have never received any package that came in its own wooden enclosure on a pallet. The product itself is very good and works as it should. It is cheaper than its closest competitor , the Slate Raven MTX, and it features a higher resolution and brighter screen. The software, while very basic, works without problems and gets updated regularly. In all, nothing to complain about!

Great materials, finish and build instructions. They helped me with my special needs and delivered a very tight fitting desk around my mixer.

I ordered the full package for my home office / home studio: the Artist Rise Pro 88 standing desk (rise up option) the Synthstation 61, and the double speaker stands (rise up option). Beyond the fantastic design, the stand-up desk and speaker stands are the highlights for me.

Communication was fast and accurate throughout the process. The announced shipping timelines were respected, and the packaging — shipped from Hungary to Switzerland — was thoroughly professional: everything arrived with zero damage.

Assembly is straightforward, though you should allow yourself some time. That's simply a consequence of the build quality and the weight this furniture is designed to carry — solid, heavy-duty materials that inspire confidence.

Highly recommended for anyone building a serious home studio. 5 stars.

Very good desk. Instruction was a bit poor tho but still easy to assemble. Good quality. Very happy with it. Packaging wa quite impressive. Took a while to arrive. Still, my experience is very positive.

I ordered the Studio XL v2026 with heavy duty rails and cable trays.

At first the delivery was postponed. Then after sending a reminder email it was postponed again. Buso was very busy. And then it was postponed a third time. Fedex' track and trace then gave me a delivery date. I had a friend over to unbox the entire thing, but Fedex didn't show up. We lost an entire friday waiting. On monday the box came, 5 weeks late, but I was happy it finally arrived. Yet it was wrapped in black plastic. Something was up. After giving him a signature the delivery guy ran away very fast. And yes, apparently Fedex had managed to break the box. The black plastic apparently didn't belong to the original packaging. It had been Fedex's DIY solution. I don't know how they had managed it, but inside the plastic, the original heavy box lid was completely ripped off and broken. Corners of the box were crumbled and screws were sticking out all over. I crossed my fingers. One by one I brought the desk pieces up to the appartement. They were wrapped separately and seemed fine. So far so good. Some of the cardboard was damaged, but all the pieces seemed ok.

Building the desk was easy - took me half a day. Buso provide a small printed manual, but if you look closely all the info is there. They even write instructions on some of the pieces themselves with paper tape.

When unwrapping the last piece, a front top panel, I noticed it had suffered damage. Also the cable trays had suffered damage.

Communication over email with Buso was very nice. All it took was an email with a summary of what had happened and some photos of the damage and they were happy to send a new front panel and new cable trays. Super friendly customer service! And this time Fedex didn't break it. :-)

I like the desk a lot. Good quality; everything fits nicely and looks stunning. The 88 keyboard fits perfectly on the heavy duty rails. Ample space left even with all the gear installed.

So yeah, even after all this, I would recommend Buso Audio. I love the desk. Quality product and quality after-sale service. It's been a journey, but in the end I'm well satisfied. 5 stars!

Really bad experience with this company. I ordered the Control 88 and was told it was just a 6 week lead time. It ended up taking 6 months for them to fulfil my order, and the product had missing parts that they refused to replace. Poor customer service and average product quality. Plus the instruction manual has multiple discrepancies that are mismatch against the actual product. Don’t buy from Buso Audio.

Make absolutely amazing desks can’t fault them a single bit on that. Had the pilot screen for a bit of time now. The quality is okay. Buttons make it feel pretty cheap and a bit disappointed that the software is still not available when the product has been out for a pretty long time now especially considering the price.

Après 2 mois d attente, mon meuble fut livré dans un excellent état avec une belle protection en coffrage en bois. Je fut désagréablement surpris par le plan de montage et le bois en contre plaqué du meuble, je m attendais à un bois plus noble pour le prix .

I'll start with the bad. The delivery window said 6-10 weeks, which as of ordering at the end of November, which, as of coming mid february it still had not been shipped out. I emailed a few times, and after another three weeks was told that since I ordered over the Christmas period, there was a two-week gap added since the factory was closed for two weeks during the holiday. However, as of week 13, it still had not been shipped out, which, even given the 2 weeks added, was still over a week overdue. It finally got shipped out and arrived around week 15, if I remember correctly.
However, that aside, the build quality and simplicity of the build can't be overstated. The whole work station was shipped in a massive wooden crate with a load of packaging inside, which I need not point out was unbelievably secure. I absolutely love the desk, and it has completely transformed my studio.
Fantastic desk

Super fast delivery of the goods. Very well packaged shipment and easy assembly. A total no brainer. The quality of the furniture is excellent. I also ordered a Pilot display. The driver at the time of delivery was still in beta version but the service and help I got to help getting the device up and running was excellent.

Everything was great. But the instructions were poor and hard to follow.

Great desk for my Trident 68 mixing console, well built and good service from Buso.

Very expensive for the quality. Terrace from the delivery companies afterwards were insane.

Excellent product. Cabletrays cannot be mounted on a suitable place.

Producer XL is good looking, ergonomic, studio desk. Reactions of clients were "wow". Great thing is flexibillity, so you can rise or lower keyboard drawer, and central plate for computer monitor. Option to extend rack spaces under desk is great. Overall bang for a buck. Not cheap and affordable probably for lot of home recording studios, but for that price you get much more than you pay. And, I assebled it by myself with my own two hands in an hour or two, with no help. Time when I recieved it was little extended than expected but I bought it in time when there were biggest holydays and collective vacation, so I gave it a 5 stars
