Business Liferaft has really helped me…

Business Liferaft has really helped me organise my business.
The software available to me through business liferaft has improved the efficiency of my business immensely. This system has allowed me to send out emails and organise multi-stop days much more efficiently than any other method I have found.
The ability to organise multi-stop days and then email the customers there visit information is brilliant. No more dreaded phone calls and having to carry diary's round to keep track of jobs. It's all now done very simply and has made my days run so much smoother.
Would definitely recommend using this software as a small business owner to improve business efficiency.

Small business owners need this software

I am not savvy in any way when it comes to computers. As hard as I try, I am just not a computer whizz. However, having spent hours dreading doing paperwork, quotes etc I finally came upon business liferaft. The ability to generate documents once and then having them saved to be re-used, the ease of manipulation of quotes in seconds. The fact that off the back of my quotes sending quotes to clients and generating invoices takes one click. I cannot explain how much faster this system is and how much less time (and dread) I now have. I contacted them with an issue and received a call with someone training me over the phone. When I found a small issue, they emailed me to say it was sorted with diagrams to show how the issue had been fixed/how to use the new tool. As a Brit - I am proud this software is produced and run in the UK.

The telephone / email support is brilliant with quick responses and one to one training if needed. As we all have different ways in which we run our business and business liferaft has regular updates, upgrades and responds to your requests to suit your business running.
