Jane Ashford from Business Flight Shop has been excellent from initial contact (she contacted me after a web enquiry over a weekend) through to booking our flights to Sydney in March on the Monday. Not only was she responsive to our needs, she also provided alternative options. Talked through what we wanted and agreed on a price for 2 people to fly to Brisbane via Dubai and return but when we received the email explaining everything it was doubled ,all I can say is what you see on the website isn’t what you get ,Avoid!.
