This is my first time with this particular consolidator, and I dealt with a stellar agent who quickly grasped my needs and flexibilities, surpassing my experience with two other companies. Most definitely this will be a go-to for my next trip. One complaint: the request for a tip is tacky, even when just coming from the software and not a real out-stretched palm. It suggests the company does not pay its staff enough.

The Quote for business tickets was a marginal savings, unlike the ads. When I confirmed the ticket purchase, taxes and fees were added. The airline includes those in the price. I thought California had a new law that said quoted prices include all taxes and fees. My agent reserved a flight leg that we had not agreed on. That had to be corrected. I have not been thrilled with the site. But I did purchase the tickets because the airline upped the price $1000 each while I was trying to reserve from then.

Shannon was very helpful with this process, via email and phone calls. She made it easy and was able to guide me in order to get what we needed. It was my first time using businessclassguru.com and I was able to get a great price with Shannon’s help.
