Thanks for your feedback — we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when an order can’t be fulfilled. As noted on our website, we currently have a large banner at the top of the homepage explaining that we’re unable to ship to the USA due to the new tariff and duty regulations that came into effect this year.
These changes have been especially challenging for small businesses like ours, and we’re working hard to find a compliant, sustainable solution so we can resume serving our US customers. We wish we were able to stop transactions coming from the USA, but we are not able to do so, unfortunately.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to earn the chance to help you again once shipping restrictions are resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration around the current U.S. shipping restrictions, and we want to clarify that we are not “unwilling” to ship — recent DDP import regulations legally prevent us from completing shipments to U.S. addresses.
To avoid any confusion, we have placed clear notices on our website banner, our shipping information page, and again at checkout. We also emailed you directly as soon as your order attempt was flagged to explain the situation.
As a small business, we are currently investing significant time and resources in building a new website to meet these requirements. While we work through this, the temporary limitation is beyond our control.
Given that, it's discouraging to receive a 1-star review for a situation caused by regulatory changes rather than by our service. We hope you’ll understand the circumstances and reconsider your rating, and we look forward to serving U.S. customers again as soon as we are able.
Neoprene, velcro fork boots
Very difficult to fit to the Bushpig brace.
Velco stitching comes apart after cutting to length.

Thanks for the feedback — and really sorry you had trouble installing the neoprene sleeve. They’re indeed not designed to be cut, and we would have recommended folding the top over if you needed to shorten them slightly. We trust the fork brace itself went on easily.

Excellent experience buying a Seat Concepts saddle for my DR650. It arrived sooner than I expected after reading the information on the website. Aftaab let me know immediately when the seat came in. I am able to pick it up from the warehouse since I live locally.
