Good experience overall. The minibus was spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable for our group. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The quick last minute arrangement was great and upon request there were drinks and music available in the luxurious van.
The driver was always on time and even though they didn't speak English, communication through whatsapp worked well.
Not cheap for sure, but you get what you pay for. I would book again for a (large) group!

I work frequently with Buscom and it is always an excellent experience. The vehicles are modern, clean and comfortable. The chauffeurs are always professional and friendly. Il servizio di bus company è molto fornito, ha tantissime linee, se poi una persona ha bisogno di qualche informazione sono molto cortesi e gentili, rispondono all' email sono efficenti, gli autisti sono bravissimi e cordiali.

Nous avions pourtant eu un excellent contact avec Edgars, le commercial, qui a été professionnel et à l’écoute. Rien à redire à ce niveau.
Malheureusement, la suite du service a été catastrophique une fois sur place à Porto. Aucun suivi sérieux, des demandes non respectées, et une organisation défaillante. Nous avons surtout été frappés par un vrai manque de fiabilité et de transparence.
C’est vraiment dommage qu’une expérience qui aurait pu être positive ait été gâchée par un tel manque de rigueur et d’honnêteté.

Really good - mate hired a bus for Vittoria to Bilbao and back for Europa final. Was well organised, lovely service and no frills. Shame about the result, but hey ho.
