Did what they said they were going to do with no issues

Been waiting now since end of May for a Velux Window. Ref order No MAGE000006930
We have been constantly lied to.
First you say its been delivered when it hadn't
Next you find out that TNT had lost it.
Next you send out a replacement but with the wrong flashing kit to what was on the order.
Not answering our phone calls and eventually when you do you say someone will look into it and phone us back but never do.
Emails take days for a reply and latest ones ignored.
Emailed us to say the correct flashing would be delivered on 1/7/21 then it doesn't arrive
Latest update is that it was now being despatched on Thursday 1/7/21 on a 24Hr delivery service and yet it still hasn't arrived 2 days later !
We phone Parcelforce and they said the tracking number you emailed us with a despatch notification does not exist, so you have lied again.
Terrible Company .....avoid at all costs

Trying to contact customer support, have logged a support ticket, have left numerous messages and had absolutely no response.

Very competitive price for velux wkndow, arrived quickly complete and without damage.

I have been trying to get this product (I had used 5 of them earlier in the year and had a shortfall of one) for some weeks. This proved to be a difficult product to get hold of and Vicky at 'head office' helped. She was not sure that her records concerning an 'isolated one off' was truly available having identified that the 'last one' in stock was in Scotland. Having confirmed its existence she rang me back to confirm that it was available and I ordered it on the internet - exceptional service.

I found the staff at the Sheffield site I visited really knowledgeable and helpful. Each product requirement was explained to me and i came away with all the materials I needed to complete my project.

Great service, quick delivery and well packed.

Items didn't arrive and tried for a week to get through on their number but no answer despite leaving messages and emails. Ended up calling their branches and got passed around until someone gave me a number that the web team actually answer on. Numerous calls later and lot of chasing i eventually received items.

Terrible service. Didn’t reply to the three emails I sent their customer service. Asked for a refund after late delivery and no response. Still nothing. Would never recommend this company.

Very good prompt service. However no communication sent to advise that goods were on the way from supplier so wasn’t sure if they had processed order.

Good nonetheless.

Told I would get item by Friday. Still not received Monday evening. Explained was needed by weekend, promised it would be delivered and un-contactable on the Saturday for update.

Delivered half the order, no response despite several voicemails and emails - about to pursue refund through credit card company
