Although the ordering was nice
Although the ordering was nice, simple and quick, the customer follow up to queries is not as good. Have been trying to contact team via email and 0800 number numerous times I am still waiting for reply regarding my order.

Well you did ask, I placed the order on the 6th July and although I have received an invoice I have little idea when delivery is planned to take place in case I need to be there or leave the gate open.

Good Afternoon Kevin
Thank you for your feedback. You should have received an email from us detailing the delivery from that particular supplier is around 7-10 working days. Sadly because its going direct and via a hauler we are unable to provide an exact date for delivery (a lot of its due to the on going widely reported driver shortages) unlike if it was being delivered on our transport we can pin it down to a particular date for you.
Let us go speak to the supplier and see if we can get a better idea now for delivery for you.

Only ordered a accessory for a velux blind. Firstly it was cheaper than going directly to velux. Secondly free delivery. Last but not least great email communication regarding order. Well done.

I have had a good look back and we have found no emails letting us know you had received this order broken. We are normally really quick to respond back to any emails we received, esp if a customer has received breakages.
