Purchased Black Rice Cream from Burst Color Ltd trading as BloomJoyCare - Very Unethical Sales Procedures - Clicked on one purchase, but it appears I Clicked twice and got charged 2 Amounts simultaneously. Plus Added Freight and Insurance without my knowledge. Ignored emails to cancel. IF their product is that good why do they have to resort to such poor Sales tactics? Even if it really works, I will not be buying anything else from them.
I have been a customer for YEARS!
I have been a customer for YEARS!! I always have two working brushes in case one needs a charge. When my extra brush died (as all products will eventually) I went to order a new one and they treated me like I was a new customer. Yes, I was receiving the new brush heads and floss every 12 weeks (one brush head was for my husband.) When I ordered the new brush they said they were going to send me new brush head and floss every 12 weeks, BUT: I was already on that schedule! I SIMPLY WANTED ONE NEW BRUSH!! Although I love the brush (and I'm a dentist) and I've referred dozens of customers to them, the hassle with the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ME THINKING I MAY GO BACK TO SONICARE. There's no clear communication. Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. If I'd run my practice like they run Burst, I'd have no patients.
Top class waterflosser
I have been using my Burst waterflosser for a few days now.It is really good.Very happy with it
We have 3 non-working Bursts....
We have 3 Burst water picks in our house; and all if them are non-working. They suddenly just stop working, for no reason. The company originally would send a new one as a replacement but they are now refusing to. Why would you want to spend money on a new water pik every year or two if you can get a better quality brand with quality customer service; that doesn't suddenly quit working? DON'T buy a Burst.
Horrible customer service
The toothbrush is good at first but stopped working. The company and customer support are a circus to deal with. It took me over a week to cancel my membership 6 months ago. I received an envelope with a replacement head yesterday and a charge for the shipping from my local post office. I was shocked, I’ve received nothing from Barstow care for months. I thought my membership was canceled so why am I getting a toothbrush head for a toothbrush that I don’t have from a company that I canceled any connection to six months ago with a bill from my local post office to pay for the shipping of the toothbrush head that I don’t want and can’t use. Horrible, horrible horrible company to deal with.
Horrible customer service!
My toothbrush, that is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I can’t even get them to respond. You can’t call them this company has turned into a big scam! Please don’t purchase anything from this company. They don’t respect their long time, customers at all.
I was a subscriber for years
I was a subscriber for years. When I moved, they didn't cancel my original subscription at the old address and kept sending refills to that address. Even after I called them, they kept doing it. And they say "We can't issue credits for products that have already shipped". They suck.

Cancelled Subscription? Burst will still charge you each month...
Cancelled a subscription in December 2023 but Burst continued/continues to charge my credit card each month. Huge annoyance and very predatory...
1. I was not able to remove my credit card from the account as this was the default pay method (they saved without permission)
2. I completely cancelled & closed my account, yet the charges continued to hit each month
3. Their phone number is no longer manned and directs you to use email or text
4. I've contacted them via email and via text but Burst Oral Care does not respond
5. I needed to dispute every monthly charge as it came in with my credit card company - Huge hassle.
6. Trying to replace the card with a new number to stop the problem - waiting for results

The toothbrush was great until I woke up one morning to its lights just flashing and wouldn’t turn on. I’ve only had it for about a year. When I emailed them I received no response that was 2 weeks ago. After some searching/googling I found how to file a warranty claim, received the automated confirmation of warranty claim and yet still no response or follow up.

Good product but they secretly auto-enroll you in a subscription service and store your payment information. This is borderline criminal, if not outright.
Predatory scammers
These people are Predators. I placed a one-time order for an electric toothbrush by recommendation and discount code from my dental hygienist. Burst automatically created an account, enrolled me in a reorder subscription, and stored my payment info without my consent. I only realized this when I tried to delete my payment info and it was locked, due to it being the payment method for the subscription that I was secretly signed up for by Burst.
This is Fraud.
These folks are slimy predators, and there is no shortage of other toothbrushes in the world. Burst's business model is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. We have to stop this gross system that allows corporations to exploit people with umpunity in the name of profit, and start holding them accountable for their exploitative and illegal business practices.

If there was a zero-they would get it. My toothbrush broke at least 6 months ago-tried to talk to someone because I only had the brush a short time-couldn’t speak to a person? Got several troubleshooting tips on their chat-nothing worked-decided it wasn’t worth the aggravation cancelled the subscription and went and got an Oral B which I actually like better-that was 6 months ago and never got another brush head-nothing. Then out if the blue after the first of the year-I get a charge at my bank and email saying a brush head is on it’s way? Again trying to call was a no go and have been emailing with “Jack” and getting the total run around. I am done with them-I notified the BBB - filed a complaint and see I am not the only one with oral burst unsolved problems -absolutely would not recommend them!

Then when I tried to cancel, I kid you not, I had to click a "cancel this subscription" button more than 4 times. They use what's called a "dark path" desing in UX (Sorry, I work in UX). It's intentionally desinged by colors and placement to make it look like you are doing what you want when you are actually doing what they want. It's unethical and unneccessary when you actualluy have a good product.

I bought the toothbrush and the water Flosser. The water Flosser came broken. It won’t turn on or charge. The customer service phone number has a message that due to the high volume of calls they are closed. I emailed customer service and was told I would have to go through a warranty to get it fixed. I think this is terrible customer service. I was sent a broken product and they won’t stand behind it. Be careful if you order anything. I should have ordered through Amazon. At least then I could have returned it.

Been dealing with an unresolved issue since Mid March and they refuse to take accountability or make it right in any way. I’m a hygienist- so you’d think they’d maybe try a little bit more, I guess it doesn’t matter to them. Buy a different brush!
Horrible Customer service never received their product
It has been 20 days since I have placed my order and have not received it. Tracking info has not updated from “label created” for 20 days now. I have sent an email 5 days ago now and no response, your chat is referring me to send an email again so completely useless !
I am calling my bank for a charge back this is ridiculous.
