Upon making a complaint to the BBB Colorado, the items that were first requested on November 2025 were finally received on May 2, 2026.
Burris' customer service portal is just for show. BBB finally got results.
Burris is totally incompetent or negligent.
From Burris, received on January 29, 2026:
"Your shipping label was created via USPS First Class, with tracking number 94001501057990706***** and should arrive to your destination soon. You can track the package at burrisoptics.narvar.com.
Your Order#: SV2601163878.
You will receive multiple email updates, throughout the shipping process."
As of today, March 29, 2026, the USPS has not received the item for shipping at Greely CO.
Multiple emails to Burris using Support Portal & 1 phone call. No updates - nothing. Support portal just for show. Business calls & messages probably considered aggravations by disaffected unhappy employees.
Don't buy Burris.
