I Buy from burgection because I know it’s not a Chinese knock off knife and the quality is always there but the one minor thing I didn’t like is being charged the import fees.

Great knife
Great knife! My only gripe, and it’s a small one is immediately after placing the order I emailed asking if I could delay shipping as I was out of town (Japan no less). The item shipped before they read the email. So yeah, complaining because they have super fast shipping….crazy!

Sabrina Chan is the best! She follows up with customers, is timely, caring, and unmatched in her field. There is customer service....and then there is Sabrina Chan!
The shipping can be delayed, but it's completely normal with international customs. Patience is worth it.
The packaging of the knife is carefully done and of a much greater value than what the knife was paid for.
5 stars all around.

Parker-Asahi synthetic cutting board
The order was processed and delivered promptly.
The Parker-asahi professional cutting board is really nice, fairly light, easy on the knife blade. best for chop cutting, rock chop, and pull cut, it gets a little stuck when push cutting.
I would recommend this cuttin board

great quality products at very reasonable prices. I also like the detailed description of each product that helped me pick out what I was looking for. I didn’t have any specific knife in mind so going through the details of each description helped my decision a lot.

No response to a return request
I’ve submitted a return request for an unopened item and have not had a response from Burrfection with an authorisation. Starting to think the return process from this company and website is fake!

Ho ordinato un tagliere Parker Ashai dall'italia!... la cosa che mi ha stupito di più è stata la velocità della consegna, ordine partito da Hong Kong il lunedì e mercoledì è arrivato e consegnato in italia.
Di solito evito le recensioni, ma questo venditore se la merita tutta. Complimenti!

I buy from Burrfection Store with Absolute Confidence
I buy products from Burrfection Store with great confidence. They carry a wide range of products, i.e.. knives, sharpening stones and cutting board. I don't have to shop and compare. If I buy a $400 knife from Burrfection Store, I can guarantee it's the best quality at that price-point. I have bought 4 knives, 4 soak type whet stones, 5 splash-n-go whet stones, and 1 cutting board from Burrfection website and rate all of those items 5 stars. You also can't beat the detailed information on each product. The only complaint I have, is inventory quantities. Out of Stock, is across all product lines, but says a lot about buyers confidence in quality and price-point. There are other websites with similar products and prices, Burrfection goes steps beyond with detailed information to help steer you with best prduct for your level or application. This store is much more than selling just knives and sharpening products. They pass on years of wisdom and knowledge to assist you with selecting the right item for your needs.
