Gates are lovely
No notification of delivery

I love my new aluminum gate from Burbage Iron Craft Ltd. Excellent quality, quick delivery, and a smooth experience. Highly recommend.

The service and quality of these railings exceeded my expectations and I would conclude this purchase in one word —- PERFECT.

Delivery on time and done with care.
Product is well made and looks high quality. Very happy.

Now upped to 5 stars as all sorted as Jake (not James) was away and didn't get my emails and free replacement on its way.
Will leave review as is as it might help others.
Would add the plastic protection is a pain to remove and some light scratches were under it!

Aluminium gate was good but certainly not lightweight.
Arrived very quickly but no notification that it was on the way so good job I happened to be in.
I have managed to mess up fitting the lock so emailed for help but no one replied.
The photo of the lock they show coming with the gate can be bought separately elsewhere but annoyingly the lock set that came with my gate is different.
My fault that the whole of the inside of the lock fell apart and even a master locksmith couldn't advise how to reassemble!
Been trying for days to repair but have given up so no choice but to buy another lock and hope it fits or that I can alter the predrilled holes for handle and euro lock.
To your reply:
The first email I sent on 20th May inquiring about a hinge cap which was replied to very promptly by James (?) which is why I was disappointed by the lack of response to my email sent 31st May at 16.43 and followed up 3rd June. Order number was #BIC-2502]
The name that comes with the email is probably KAT and not Kay.

Product was as described and of good quality, delivered on date promised

Burbage iron gate is of frist class quality and arrived well protected in perfect condition I will use them again

Lots of help from your man Jake Hampton. And it looks good.
Maybe the door handle could be made of stainless steel or something more resilient to scratching.

Great product, lovely quality and would give it 5 star if only there were some installation instructions. The ones on the Web are not adequate.

The choice of iron gates was many and varied and of different width to fit perfectly for the gap I had for a gate. The delivery was prompt and arrived well packed. Could not ask for more.

Good quality material.

Despite giving exact measurements and receiving written confirmation of requirements garden gate was too wide. They quickly forged a new locking mechanism which after some further modification on my part did the job. Good price, nice product, helpful staff. Do make sure they confirm your requirements after ordering.

Great advise and Service , product was as described and came on time as per order discussions , first class service , highly reccomended

Amazing service. Also good quality fencing at a good price. What more do you want!!!

very helpful during phone conversations about return of item. Great to speak to human who listens to the problem. Only downside as I am not a professional I found the advert was very confusing regarding sizing. But this was sorted by competent staff.

So helpful from start to finish. I ordered the wrong gate and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent them photos and they matched my gate. The quality of gate is brilliant. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Website easy to navigate, parts ordered and shipped within a week.
Panels and posts very good quality and fitted together well.

Arrived quickly, well packages and easy to assemble. Delighted with the product

Excellent service - will use this company again
