I thought I already did this..but, I got the seaweed oil control styling primer. This stuff is great! Good for in between showers if you don't wash your hair everyday. As you shouldn't... Smells great and helps with the excess greasy look, helps get back some of the volume! I would def get again! I can't remember exactly when I got this but it also lasts! Doesn't take alot. Focus on the roots! Great product!

I placed my order July 4. It was never received, tracking says label made but UPS never received the item to ship. I reach out in chat and they say will escalate. Days later I reach out again and they say they made a new order, but it still has not shipped. They have an opportunity to get a better rating, like apologize or send an extra bottle or something, but no, only a refund offer if still not received by August 4. They used to be a Company with a good reputation, not anymore. EDIT #1 a new order by them was made, so far label made but product not given to UPS, will update rating if received. EDIT #2 I eventually did receive the item and updated my stars. Be mindful if I never followed up, it never would have been received, and they did not offer anything as consultation like a sample or credit the shipping. If they had, I would have re-worded this to shine in a better light to them.

can’t believe a company can still provide this kind of customer service in 2026 and somehow survive in such a competitive market.

I placed an online order on June 7, and as of June 25, I still haven’t received my item. I sent emails asking for an update and got no response. After wasting my time calling them, I was told the order hadn’t even been shipped yet.

Then they told me it would take another 3–4 business days just for processing, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping. When I asked for a refund instead, I was informed that refunds also require 3–4 business days for processing, plus another 5–7 business days to actually receive the money.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this and asked if they could expedite the process since I had already waited so long. The answer was simply “No.”

It’s unbelievable that companies like this still exist. I’ve wasted nearly a month of my time and energy over a single bottle of Hair Essence. If this is how they treat customers, I have little confidence in the quality of their products. I will never purchase or use this product again.

Placed an order 6/8. 6/16 still not shipped and the person or AI in chat says a dedicated team handles issues. I ordered the first time directly from them 12/1/2025 and never got my order. Fool me once... never buying from Bumble and Bumble again.

Extremely slow with shipping their products. Horrible customer service. Won't buy from them again.

I too was hung up on and this is not the first bad experience when I called their customer service. When I called back and asked for a supervisor I was told they cannot transfer me directly and they cannot give me another number. They said I can call the same number back. They had zero answers and could not help me and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else

I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months for a B/O called their customer service and was hung up the minute I finished reciting my order number, this happened three times. Their customer service sucks and I can't get through to cancel this disaster and worse yet its still on B/O. It's a good product but they've seen the last of me!!

I ordered from Bumble and Bumble, and while the package arrived promptly, the promotional free gift listed in my order wasn’t included. I only found out after I had to chase it up myself - no heads-up. Customer service just said they ran out, citing fine print. I understand stock issues happen, but the lack of communication and zero gesture of goodwill left me feeling pretty disappointed. The products are great but I would not recommend ordering directly from the company.

👹👹👹👹👹. Ordered shampoo and conditioner from Bumble and Bumble on the 12th February. It was dispatched on the 12th February and it’s been sitting in the Evri depot ever since. Phoned Bumble and Bumble this morning to find out why it’s not been delivered. Apparently the package is damaged so it’s got to be returned to Bumble and Bumble. I’ve got to wait for this to happen before they refund the money to me before I reorder…why oh why cannot they just send me a replacement order!!!!!!!! It’s insane!!! I’ve now placed the same order with another company!!! 👹👹

I purchased leave in seal light. It’s the most expensive one I have bought and the only thing good about this product is the smell. My hair is limp, looks greasy, feels as if my hair needs washed again. This has to be the worst hair product ever. AVOID it is anything but light !!!!!

Purchased the bumble and bumble bond building hair oil thinking was an upgrade of a more purse friendly option I had been using. States can use on dry hair but it wets the hair strands and feels sticky and heavy. Not a moisturise finishing oil as I hoped to use it and for the price am very disappointed will not repurchase or recommend

Trying to return product is a nightmare. Received a product that did not meet in anyway the product description, it happens...but trying to return it is proving to be incredibly challenging, time consuming and expensive. I like their dry shampoo powder and will continue to use it (though will NEVER order from them on-line again), but the spray dry shampoo "blondish" temporarily dyed my hair dark brown and I had to wash it out. The online support indicated they would not pay for returns and to call a number to report your return. Customer service was unable to find my order with the order number and email, then later said (after long, long hold and wait time) it was because I ordered form the Canadian site and would have to call them. I finally just returned the product to the Canadian address I ordered from at a cost of $18 postage and put in an online complaint. The message I got back asked for a ridiculous amount of information from me, all which could be found on my order number, including asking that I scan the bar code for country of origin of my product and taking pictures of the product. I am awaiting their response and have a strong feeling that not only will I have paid $18 to return a product incorrectly described, but they will not refund me for the product I returned.

Took my money literally refuses to ship the order. Did not notify me, claimed UPS lost it but it was never tendered to UPS. Really disappointing all around they can’t fulfilled online orders. Order from a 3rd party like Sephora if you actually want the product to arrive.

Order beautiful unicorn sunglasses for granddaughter, sure she going to love them, great company & price, would highly recommend them 😀

Best hit chocolate in town. Go there a lot. The girls(staff) are awesome, lovely and the cakes to die for.

first time ordering paid for named day delivery which it did however 1 item was missing contacted them and apparently the item went out of stock after i ordered it no email to tell me i would be missing it in my order i was told despite it saying my full order was dispatched i wont be charged for the missing item now i have to wait to check my bank to see if that's true i understand they cant send a item they don't have but let customers know its unavailable

Order number 34209065 for a couple of items my partner wanted. Goods in stock, and with a sales reduction, so very happy. Ordered, and later received an "it's been shipped email".

Tracking information says "it's been cancelled". Called customer services who said "oh, it was cancelled because we didn't actually have stock". No apology or offer to do anything to make this bad experience better. Really unimpressed.

I ordered my product on 11/29/23. Got my "shipped" email from Bumble on 12/1. It officially shipped on 12/4. It is 12/15 and there has been no movement on the UPS tracking. I paid for the 7-10 day shipping but still do not have a package or an updated delivery date. I have chatted with customer service and all they do is recite the same thing I can see on my own via UPS tracking. No offer to ship me a new product in case this one is lost, no offer to refund shipping costs even though it's taking forever. Just a literal response telling me the tracker says it's on its way. I mean come on bumble, your product can be purchased via many retailers but those of us who purchase directly through you are just trying to support you. Next week will be the third week of waiting for a product that I paid shipping costs on.... this is unheard of in 2023. Will not purchase products anymore simply due to the fact this does not seem to be a concern of theirs. Hopefully, it will be here by 12/21 so I have it for Christmas as its a gift. Any later it won't make my travels.
