Very efficient service .

Placed my order for some gold at the end of May.

-Dispatched 6th of June from France
-Scans on the tracking on the 11th of June then it went missing, no movement on track until
-26th of June, another scan on the tracking saying it’s way to the destination territory (Ireland)
-Nothing since then, no update from an Irish courier, no update on the French tracking. I was told by Bullionbypost on the 1st of July they would chase it up for an update but have heard nothing back.

It’s now been 35 days since I placed this order, and I still don’t have a clear expectation as to when it will be delivered, or when they’ll resend or cancel the order. This is not my first order but I think it will be my last.

Edit: shortly after I made this review bullionbypost requested my order details through trustpilot, but have not yet reached out

I called them myself this morning, 40 days after the order was placed and they said they would chase it up. It appears nobody knows what the status is and I am not sure if an investigation was even raised with the courier in the first place.

Edit 2: Nobody followed up with me, I called this afternoon and have been informed that only yesterday an investigation was raised with the courier. And this will take 4-6 weeks.

Update: Gilda the customer service manager contacted me by email and phone on the 10th/11th of July. We agreed to another week instead of the 4-6 weeks before I would have a resolution (refund after signing a form etc)

22nd of July I now have a refund.

Thankfully the issue is now resolved, I’m very reluctant to place any future order with BBP in the future. I really do think this company needs to revaluate their customer service policies and processes but at this stage I think they know this. I’ve added a star because Gilda handled her end well.

Easy to purchase regular updates about delivery

The delivery that was sent was left outside the door of the house . Originally I had problems with the postal service I think it was being sent from France and it was in French and the tracking app was not functioning. Then DPD contacted me a day before and I couldn’t get time off work or arrange safer delivery. I had to get time off work on the day to take it in case someone stole it. I’m down €50 in pay and I will not be buying anymore from Bullion. Way too risky and inconvenient.

Usually didn't have any problem earlier, but now waiting for my order for one and half month.. after contacting customer service multiple times by phone (they always say they will sort it) and by emails (got their response to one out of 7 emails), still nothing.. had to start bank transaction dispute to get my money back..

Update, 6 days after, nothing changed
