Not responding costumer service
I received my package, but it was empty; all the contents were stolen. The package was insured, and I expected to receive compensation. However, the company has not responded to this issue. I have contacted them and emailed them, but I have yet to receive a response.
An update regarding the status :
No progress after about two months!
Still they are working on the issue
Such a waste of time and money for me

One good purchase from here earlier but the next one,wasn't that good. Second order was not delivered and the investigation took 6 weeks before I could get any answers and money back. Yeah, so if you want to risk it and like messaging support, try it!
Honestly I would choose other place with better delivery options than what you can find here...

TWO weeks not able to dispatch the item, due to internal policies. Not willing to send to my business address, despite known customer and proven ship-to data. Support team absolutely inadequate. Request picture of credit card??? ID??? Bank statements??? Disasterous experience, not recommend at all.

A positive experience
Overall, this was a good experience. BBP has a terrific selection and fair pricing given their extensive product selection. The downside is even though I paid directly via a bank transfer, it took 5 working days to clear before the product was shipped.
