I placed an order on March 26th and was informed shortly after that the items were not available in their EU vault and would be moved to Paris the following week. It’s now been over 18 days, and I’ve received no further updates or confirmation of shipment.

I’ve contacted customer service, but there's been no meaningful progress. For a company handling valuable items like bullion, this kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. If the product is not in stock, it should be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase — not after payment.

I expected better reliability from a service of this nature. Still waiting for shipment confirmation.

I ordered 3 silver coins on April 4th. And only 1 coin was delivered on April 9th. I have emailed them 3 times. But I have not heard from them. And I ordered 4 more coins on April 8th. I am also worried.... Please process it quickly. The order number is 0746710 and 0747803. It is shipped by FedEx.

I have a package which hasn’t arrived, I called yesterday and was told someone will call me back and it will be treated as urgent. Today I received an email stating that I couldn’t be reached by phone, I have no idea why, and asked me to call myself, I called twice and the person I needed to speak to both times was not available to take my call and messages were left, I even emailed and hold and behold I am still waiting for help. So much for treating my problem as urgent. I spent 10,000 euros this last week and as you can imagine I am extremely unhappy!

The purchase was 100% correct. After i ordered got the order confirmation and after the payment got the clearing confirmation. It took two weeks to the dispatch of the item, and one more week until i got the parcel in Budapest. In my wiew this was a bit slow the shipment, but it is acceptable. I am satisfied wit the purchase, and love the pamp rosa 5g gold bar.. 😊👍

No customer service and unfortunately the seller requests such credit card details that are prohibittet to share due to card provider terms and conditions. I suggest avoiding this company.

There is no such thing as fast and free delivery. I placed two orders on 27 February, and both have been dispatched on 3 March and 10 March respectively. Unfortunately, Bullion By Post (BBP) uses FEDEX in Portugal and the couriers do not make thorough deliveries. I have been available all the times they have attempted delivery and written "customer not available". They need to call customers at the time of delivery to double check. That´s what happened the first time I received my BBP delivery, and in December, a message was left for me. Unfortunately, BBP changed to FEDEX. Terrible service but I cannot contact them. I have written several emails and called at my own cost as well to see what is happening and customer service says there is nothing they can do with the behavior of drivers. Extremely disappointed by the dispatcher service as I have been waiting and enquiring. UPDATE: Finally, a Customer Support team member, Patricia, in Portugal answered one of my many calls. She tracked down the contact of FEDEX manager and speak with them. BBP did not even have the telephone contact of the dispatcher! Eventually the manager called me to arrange a time for delivery as thrice they had cancelled on me. Even though I am not changing my rating and may not order from BBP again, I want to acknowledge Patricia´s immense contribution in ensuring that I received my package.

Order made on 5th March, received an email 6th March to call their customer service to confirm some order details. I've called them about 20 times, but there's nobody answering the phone except the answering service who have twice promised me a callback in 24 hours, however nobody has called me. Also sent them an email and no reply to that either.

Order status "Awaiting Fulfilment", I have no idea what that means.

Update: Finally after about 50(!) calls I got lucky and managed to reach a proper customer service representative who directed me to do an ID verification. Would have been nice to be informed about this in their initial email.

Lets see when the coin will be sent.

Update 2: The coin arrived quickly after it was dispatched but the overall experience was poor because of indifferent customer service. I think will choose another bullion dealer in the future.
