Honest review — please be careful, this company is a scam!

I honestly don’t understand how this company has so many 5-star reviews. My husband and I bought a gold bar from them about a year ago, worth nearly €4,000. They claimed it was shipped, but we never received anything.

The courier (FedEx) told us the delivery would arrive around 1:00 PM, but nobody came. We called the courier company, the store, and even the police — nobody helped us. They said we had to show our passport and sign for the package, but we never got the chance because no delivery ever arrived.

Later, FedEx claimed the parcel was delivered and even sent us a “signature,” but it wasn’t ours. We sent all the evidence to the store, and instead of helping, they accused us of lying.

In the end, we lost a significant amount of money and received nothing.
If you don’t want to be scammed, stay away from this company!

Easy way to order, fast and secure efficient delivery

I placed my order on the 12th September and the annotation on my account was "awaiting fulfilment". it remains so and three e-mails are ignored. I suspect this is a scam which selects high value orders. I can't get through on the telephone. RW from Portugal
22 Sept. Well after a few days I received a call and an email from the MD who explained that French customs officials were delaying the movement of stock. My order was delivered today. Very happy now.

Fraud alert!! Do not use this company.
My package was lost by Fedex, Fedex admit they delivered to the wrong addres. Company wasted several weeks and then denied refund despite claims of full insurance. Use another company!

Mijn zending 0764055 heb ik nooit gekregen. Goldbypost zegt dat het wel is afgeleverd maar kan geen handtekening overhandigen. Ik koop niet meer e zou dat niemand aanraden.
