The Bulletproof Dancer program has helped with my training as a performer so much!! Their fitness program is amazing and so easy to follow, I can really feel the benefits from them each week. Their help with nutrition is excellent and they really tailor it to your needs. Above all, the support they provide is so positive and rewarding and they really are on your side all of the time and always want the best for you! I would 1000% recommend this to anyone who is wanting to better themselves as a performer.

The whole plan containing nutrition fitness and mental health support for performer in training is absolutely amazing. My coach Aoibhínn has been so helpful with my journey. She has helped me managing my busy schedules and personal development. I feel stronger and more confident in my craft.

Bulletproof truly is the best of the best! This programme has not only changed the game in terms of my dancing and performing, but it has changed my life.
All the coaches are the epitome of dedication to their craft and their passion and commitment is infectious. The level of support I have received has been incredible and invaluable. Taylor and Thalia are always there as my biggest cheerleaders, encouraging me through all the highs and wins, they have been there to give me the extra push and accountability when I have needed it and they have been there to support and nurture me through the struggles and uncomfortable moments.
The community the team has created is so special and something I am so grateful to be a small part of. I know that bulletproof will be a part of my career and life forever and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do!

I absolutely love this program! I don’t have to even think! I tell my coach my concerns and they send me videos and exercises, they give me personal advice and help with routines. The food plan is so tasty and interchangeable. The seminars are really interesting and available to watch after the live zoom meeting.

Bulletproof is there to fill in all the gaps in your training you didn't even know you had. From the physical aspect of it, to the nutrition you didn't think you needed, to the mental aspect to make sure you keep yourself accountable. The bulletproof coaches are there to support with quick responses and adjustments personalised to you and your circumstances, they made me feel at home and part of a wider community so it doesn't feel too lonely doing this. Plus you get all these extra videos with useful industry tips!

There’s nothing better than starting or ending my day with a ”Bulletproof” session !! These sessions are THE BEST !! Everyday there is something new you’re working on, challenging your strength & endurance is always there and every session has proper video explanations of each exercise which is incredibly helpful !! Lee has been my biggest supporter through this and honestly is challenging me so much with every new phase and I absolutely adore him and love it !!! Lee is always checking in on me and whenever I have a question about the program, alternative exercises, technique or about food and nutrition he or Thalia are right on it with a quick response ! I’m blessed to be apart of Bulletproof and grateful for this journey !

I’ve wanted to do Bulletproof for a few years honestly, as it’s clear that they are leading the dance industry into a healthier and stronger place to be through education and encouragement, which not only is it a breath of fresh air, but essential for dancers wanting to really succeed professionally.
This has been an investment into my future, and the saying is true ‘you get what you pay for’. The contacts, support, and wealth of knowledge from the trainers (shoutout to my trainer Taylor) has been incredible but also the advice and information from industry professionals, physios, hypnotherapists amongst others, make this programme a community and a unbelievably positive learning experience.
I am already thankful to the team, but I know that I won’t forget this programme for the rest of my life.

Thalia and Taylor are both just so comforting and supportive to you but still know how to push you!! The whole thing is really personal and has really been able to adapt around my ever changing situations, but still brings a great community vibe, with live webinars and videos with industry professionals to keep you always pushing ❤️ I can’t praise them enough for how much work they do!

There is no other programme quite like Bulletproof. All of the coaches are unbelievably driven themselves and that drive is infectious. They also understand, and live for, the performing industry, giving them the ability to provide advice and workouts like no other.

When I started this programme I would step into a gym at most once a year. The idea of a workout filled me with anxiety. Now I can't wait to get back in!!! No matter where you are or what your goals are, you MUST try Bulletproof.
