Consistently Late Orders and Zero Communication
Orders are always late, and there’s no communication or updates when delays happen.
This has happened multiple times now, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ll be switching back to MyProtein going forward.
I genuinely don’t understand how this business model works — poor delivery and zero communication is unacceptable.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. No delivery updates at all, and when issues came up, I was never informed. I had to track down my parcel myself. Delivery was supposed to take 2 days but arrived after 2 weeks. Avoid.

Quality good but logistics are poor
Quality wise the products are good. so far have no complaints.
Delivery usually to Ireland is pretty slow (1-2) weeks as parcels are coming from netherlands and delivery is not free either. There are number of brands locally available with competitive prices. so if bulk.ie want to make a better place in market, logistics should be improved.

Horrible taste and ridiculous shipping times
Shipping took 2 and a half weeks from the Netherlands to Ireland, they blamed the weather. I ordered other items from other businesses during that same time that arrived in 2-3 days from Netherlands. Syrup was very artificial tasting so I wouldn't bothered ordering again.

Delivery was delayed by 2+ weeks (which is fine, stuff happens) but it was impossible to get any information from the company. Not helpful whatsoever. To make it worse the quality was atrocious. won't be ordering again.
